Bought the app, and not once has it worked. It permanently says SAPS OFFLINE.
The integration in the SAPS System should have been sorted before selling to people.

I like the app. But recently the app keep on failing when opening or adding an FA or opening a current FA. It get to a point where it is more a frustration.
I am using I-phone XR

App works well.
Only gripeI have, when i click on my application to see the status, it makes a gun cocking sound, which pauses my music. Also i prefer not having the sound play out loud in general.
Otherwise the app works well.

Icon I front of each licence for a quicker reference… shotgun and pistol and couple. Types of rifles…. Wouldn’t change how Well the app runs but would be fun.
Also…. That little yellow hand tap symbol… had become the thing I look forward to seeing the most!

I have 4 firearms loaded. It works well of 3 of them when I select the 4th firearm the app crashes without any error.
I have loaded all with ID number and serial number.
Other than the crash the app works well.

1. The app really needs an option to edit an existing entry without having to delete and add the entry again. It should be quite simple to add? 2. Is there a way to “bulk update” all of the entries at once without having to open each one separately? Otherwise the app works as it should, obviously heavily dependent on the speed and availability of the SAPS website which might make people think it’s the app’s performance.

I love this app and the interface the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is I would love the ability to add my current licenses so that I can see when all are up for renewal

The app works well, only issue I’ve experienced was when adding a new request, when I press save, the app will crash. Fortunately it still saves the info so when I reopen the app, the application info is displayed.
