Wonderful podcast!

I have long been looking for a podcast or channel that explores different scientific topics in a comprehensive but not overly complicated manner. In this podcast I have found everything I was looking for and so much more! James provides the science but also gives the background on the subject and most importantly doing so in a very relatable manner with focus on the big picture. One can not help but marvel the ease with which he links different subjects and leaves the listener with a sense of understanding and desire to hear the next lecture.
I was mostly interested for review of some topics in science, particularly biology, physics, and astronomy, but I must say: I am super excited to listen also to the biochemistry and thermodynamics lectures even though they were not my favorite in university! I can’t recommend this podcast enough for anyone who wants to learn about the world around us in just the right amount of detail. Great job, James!

Physics & social science explained perfectly. Most bang for your buck to learn about the world

The podcast is fantastic for people who want to know about the science that governs our world, mainly physics and social science. Learn about atoms, magnetism, social biases, market structure, electricity and more.
One of the best things about the podcast, is that you learn about abstract matter intuitively, with examples and analogies that are easy to visualize.
James Fodor (the host) has a great voice, he is witty, and he is enthousiastic. Most of all, he is a master in explaining. All the podcasts have a great structure, and are understandable for everyone who has had a high-school education.
I would recommend The Science of Everything to anyone who wants to learn about the world, high school students, engineers, psychologists, the post-delivery man, your friends, and enemies.
