Keep on kicking!

This is an excelent podcast. Good music and well produced. Make sure to also download the introduction (episode 0). After the First Day To 5K, the podcasts got even better. Boyett & Co. introduced different signals for the slowdown and speedup moments and they mixed more clearly different slices of music for the walking and running intervals. So that when you're tired and panting you can hear what you're supposed to be doing in the beat.
If you like these interval mixes you should also check the regular Podrunner. This has a new episode every week and will keep you interested, entertained and on the move after you've gone from First Day, past the Gateway to 8K all way along the Freeway to 10K!
