Self-kindness feels different. More achievable. More human. It's the moment you catch a harsh thought and simply notice: that's not kind.

We explore what it means to receive yourself without needing to fix anything first, and the difference between doing something because you think you need it to get somewhere versus doing it because it genuinely brings you joy. And we sit with the idea that what you're looking for isn't out there in the next course or modality. It's already here.
