Players could relive iconic moments from the series, from the Saiyan Saga to the Cell Games, using a deep fighting system that blended accessible combos with flashy energy attacks. With cinematic story cutscenes, character customization, and voice acting straight from the show, Budokai set the stage for future DBZ fighters and became a fan favourite for capturing the spirit of the series.
