This week 'The Agents Angle' is able to bring a long-awaited interview with one of the key figures in the challenges to FIFA with the new football agent regulations (FFAR). Paddy Dominguez, President of PROFAA (The Professional Football Agents Association), has, since 2018 tried to get FIFA to acknowledge the problems with FFAR, and he gives 'The Agents Angle' an insight as to the progress since 2018, and what lies ahead for agents and the football industry as a whole.
Also, we highlight how the role of an agent goes well beyond 'striking a deal', with the story of how 'Serie A' striker Victor Osimhen's agent sprang quickly to the player's defence when an offensive video posted on TikTok appeared to be ridiculing the player.
