Episode three - Paranoia- stars Boris Herrmann and Rosalin Kuiper from Leg 3 of the Southern Ocean during The Ocean Race 2023.

The pair discuss Boris' paranoia about the potential for the boat to be damaged at these sustained breakneck speeds. The happiness level or each sailor and how to bring this level up during the day, yesterday Rosie managed to overcome her down feelings. They reflect deeply on their own psychological wellbeing and how to mange this during such a long and intense race. The pair touch on the flat earth society and whether they will fall off the edge of the Earth.  They also visit how Boris recovered after the Vendee Globe and what happened after the race to move the campaign on. The duo also discuss what happened yesterday with the breaking of the J3, how they dealt with it and their interaction with 11th hour.
