Avoiding food hierarchies and the impact of diet culture on us, as parents. How to use neutral language around food and food choices to reduce the morality or emotions associated with some foods. Navigating dietary differences or picky eaters. How to guide our kids (and really, ourselves) to trust our bodies, enjoy food and mealtimes, and untangle a lot of the harmful messaging that exists around food, bodies and health.
