You might think you're doing intuitive eating, but if you're feeling frustrated, uncertain or stuck…there's a good chance that you're not actually doing it the way it's meant to be done. No shame in that, this is really common. 
 
In this episode, I'm going to walk you through 5 signs that tell us you're not doing intuitive eating correctly or in its entirety, and what you need to do differently to make it work for you. 
 
If you're:
- Still calling food like chips and cookies junk
- Letting the scale dictate your self esteem
- Telling yourself that you're getting healthier by skipping carbs at lunch
- Looking at old photos of yourself and comparing your current body and beating yourself up
- Holding onto clothes from 10 years ago that no longer fit
 
You say you want to be an intuitive eater, but you're not thinking or acting like one. And today we fix that.
 
Becoming an intuitive eater isn't going to come from just declaring that you're "doing intuitive eating" or by simply committing to not dieting. The reality is that it takes more intentional work than that. Intuitive eating is a science-backed framework - but it only works if you do it the way it's intended.
