Paul Chek is a highly accomplished expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management, holistic wellness, and more. Over his impressive 30-year career, he has helped numerous clients and students improve their lives through his unique, integrated approach to treatment and education. Paul's success lies in treating the body as a whole system and finding the root cause of a problem, rather than relying on traditional approaches that often fall short. He is the founder of the CHEK Institute and the PPS Success Mastery Coaching Program, has published several books and articles, and holds multiple certifications and patents. Paul is a sought-after international speaker and consultant, as well as a strong believer in practical training, which has led him to develop several advanced-level training programs.
Paul's lack of a supportive father figure during his childhood led to difficulties forming close relationships with men and a lack of understanding of fatherhood. His stepfather's lack of empathy and compassion worsened the situation. Seeking answers and guidance, he turned to spirituality and training, learning to work with his unconscious mind and paving the way for personal growth and healing. Today, he brings this sensibility and sensitivity into his coaching and all aspects of his life.
