I am in this Journey alone. Walking clumsily and unsure of my steps. I am alone because I live far from home (U.S) in Amsterdam. I have learning difficulties so I am slow to learn the language. But even if I could understand them. Even in the US I have never fit in even at church I felt disconnected.
I don’t know how to be part of the community. I have never read the Bible for my comprehension makes it hard for me to understand. Smart people I know find it hard. I gave up thinking I ever would. And it is true on my own, it’s too much.
This podcast was shown to me by my sister. I cried because I finally get to read it because Fr. Mike reflection tie it all in.
Oh a lot of it is still over my head and hard to truly get, but... day 90 I’m still here.
And if I have gotten any one message through this Old Testament is...
“Thank God for Jesus” 😄🙏🏻💙
and... God Bless those people that had to make it without Him!
