Nice podcast, but prefer the ads at the end

I definitely enjoy these daily podcasts, but an ad halfway a five minutes podcast seems a bit much. Especially the one interrupting the wellness Wednesday meditation threw me off. But other than that, a nice podcast to help you take time for reflection.
