In this episode Chris talks about his skiing trip to Telluride, Colorado, and how things changed with how he used to eat when making the trip with his friends to how they ALL ate this time. Chris also noticed differences in his strength and stamina since eating Keto, and he reached his goal weight for the trip. YAY CHRIS!
