This podcast is for smart, high-ability ADD/ADHD (diagnosed or suspecting) women who see their symptoms as more positive than negative. I’m Tracy Otsuka your host and I’m committed to changing the conversation around ADHD. When I was diagnosed eight months after my son, my entire life suddenly made perfect sense but all I heard about was everything that my ADHD brain SHOULD be struggling with when in fact I would come to learn that my ADHD is responsible for some of my greatest superpowers.
One other thing, we constantly hear about all the successful ADHD men, but no one talks about the women. This podcast is here to change that dynamic. ADHD women are my people, and I’m here to acknowledge, support and cheer them on.

Finally tools and most importantly positive attitude about ADHD
Thank you Tracy for everything you do for us!

Episode with son Markus
I just listened to the episode with son Markus and it just blew me away. Anybody, I mean ANYBODY, with teenagers struggling in the schoolsystem should listen to this episode. My teenagers both struggle and Markus’ story is just so inspiring. I loved it! Thanks Markus for sharing your story and Tracy for making him 😄

amazing information source
If it wasn't for self education through podcasts like yours, I would still feel 'crazy'. So THANK YOU for your amazing podcast episodes. They mean so much to me and I take away so much good tips from them. But the most important thing may actually be that I don't feel alone in this anymore. There's a whole bunch of my species. Who knew?!
