Pelle Tornell has over 25 years of experience in scaling companies as a founder, entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. He co-founded and was the CEO of Enlight Interactive that went public. Before that, he was the co-founder and CEO of the educational software company Levande Böcker.

Pelle is currently running the Nordic ScaleUp Academy, a coaching and education company helping leadership teams navigate through the different phases of growth.

Pelle is also a speaker, researcher, and author on the topic of decision-making in high-growth firms. He combines his practical experience from various management positions in entrepreneurial ventures with research at Stockholm University. He is the author of the book ”Bestäm Dig” (You Decide - The science of making better decisions).
