A deep dive into freediving

I'm new to the topic. Very driven and interested into it. Having my first course this very month. Donny's interviews are a great start and a continuous inspiration source.
With his interviewees he goes from broad-strokes to very detail information on history, the physiology and philosophy of freediving from their point of view. I have been in a spree from episode 1 to, now, 31. Making my way to the top of his timeline. Learning a lot before my first attempts on depth waters.
