Levar has a great voice & is able to express the emotions of the protagonists with clarity. The stories are great, sounds effects add to the experience & all in all the episodes have great production quality. I really enjoy the analysis afterwards & like to compare viewpoints.

Levars reading is so immersive that during one of the ads about hair products I thought about buying them, then I realized I’m bald.

I am often too impatient to listen to stories instead of reading them, but Levar Burton has always all of my attention. His voice is amazing and I love the different stories in the podcast, from sciencefiction to Murakami. Definitely worth listening! And I might add a suggestion for a future episode: I love the short stories from Ted Chiang and think that his sciencefiction work would fit the podcast really well.
