I’m currently a developer but looking to finally giving my creativity priority and transitioning to design or illustration. This show is really helping me with my mindset, knowing I’m not the only one with doubts, feel like I don’t know what I’m doing, and how to deal with these mental struggles. I really like the subjects and the enthusiasm of the people on this podcast. I am listening on the road, so I start me working days with a lot of design inspiration, freelance knowledge and a good feeling about my career!

Just listened to the first episode of this podcast and I enjoyed it immensely! I studied "multi media" and never really learned to design in school. But I have always enjoyed being creative and slowly made my way into web design. Actually, I just started my first real job as a web designer and that's why I grasp at anything that can help me improve in this field and stimulate my creativity. You guys really do that with this podcast and I feel like I'm going on a little journey alongside you while listening. I try to think about what you say and how that applies to my own life. For instance, I found my "vegetable calligraphy" in the absurd assignment of making a kangaroo jump onto the website, holding the clients logo. My account manager asks me half laughing if I would be able to do that and that it was alright if I wouldn't be able to. But the sheer absurdity of the request made me accept the challenge and I made it work! After listening to your podcast I realised that that is my style; making requests work, no matter how weird or difficult they may be. Thank you!
