Great podcast. Short episodes. I like that. Understandable and easy with tips etc.
I've been listening to all episodes of this podcast during the past month, and am now "on track". Which I actually dislike, since now I need to wait a whole week for a new one! However, it will give me time to actually think, rethink and put to practice the tips Rachael gives. I really love the podcast and love to listen to an episode when I need to take a break from work. It functions as a reminder to keep track of how I am feeling and to include some restful moments in my day. I'm currently working on setting some daily goals to reach a few bigger goals, something I've been planning for a long time, but never set through. Thanks!
