very disappointing
Very slow paced, you quickly lose interest and the documentary sadly fails to convince. It spends a long time trying to make the obvious fact that business elites and commissioners meet sound extremely dodgy, but doesn't enter into a serious critique of the real problem. Disappointing indeed.
