Met Verkoop op Etsy, onze app voor verkopers, kan je makkelijk onderweg je onderneming managen. Communiceer met klanten, bekijk je statistieken en beheer je bestellingen.
Met Verkoop op Etsy kan je het volgende:
--Bespaar tijd met Snippets: Sta je te wachten bij het postkantoor? Met de Snippets-feature kan je snel op klanten reageren omdat je je meest gebruikte antwoorden kan opslaan.
--Houd het overzicht: Houd je views, bezoeken, bestellingen, favorieten en verkoopgeschiedenis in de gaten.
--Blijf op de hoogte: “Cha-ching!”. Je hoort het als iemand een aankoop doet, je een bericht stuurt of jouw shop of items als favoriet kiest. (Pas in je instellingen je notificaties aan.)
--Beheer je bestellingen: Toegang tot open en afgeronde bestellingen, vernieuw items van verkochte bestellingen, markeer als verzonden, voeg persoonlijke berichten toe en stuur verzendnotificaties zodat je koper weet dat de bestelling onderweg is.
--Toegang tot je listings: Creëer, vernieuw, publiceer en pas direct vanuit de app je listings aan. Gebruik de camera om foto’s te uploaden en maak direct een listing aan. Toegang tot je shopsecties en item-variaties om snel aan te passen. Activeer en deactiveer je items met één tik. Wist jij veel dat je telefoon zoveel kon!

This is the most annoying thing in this ap. When you typing to a customer and ypu receive a message from a different customer the app refreshes and ypu loose all the text you typed very frustrating. Its unusable for communicating. Also the orders, the new orders are on top and there is no option to see the orders that needs to be shipped today. This app is only usefull to see stats and that it. Alot of work needs to be done but thats not gonna happen.

The app is not bad but I have all the time some nasty problem with Etsy (maybe it’s not about the app but Etsy in general). Every time they make some changes of their ads system I have to pay for their mistakes (or maybe they do it on purpose!) and I know from the blogs that I am not alone. A while ago they increased the ads cost like in 5-10 times so I turned off the ads. But they kept on charging me! I had to contact support and ask them to turn it off. Now the same story! Ufff! I am closing down my shop on Etsy this time.

I can sum up many reasons why this update is not an improvement. I used the app to manage everything easily (to see everything quickly, to respond to buyers, and to monitor what was being watched and liked that day), for finer details I switched to the website.
However, the new app shows different information (all kind of statistics, analyses, etc) and has much information to be downloaded (not good for your data use and slows everything down waiting for it to be downloaded). Much of this is not necessary to my opinion if you just want to manage everything quickly from the app. I think the excessive information added to the app would be better off just on the website.
