Order never arrived and I can get no refund

I placed an order of 55€ the 11th of April and it was supposed to arrive within 5 working days, as claimed on the app! The track and trace link didn’t work and I contacted lookfabtastic ! They said my delivery will arrive soon and they will resolve the issue ! Almost a month later and I have no clue where the order is ! I contacted lookfabtastic again to ask for a refund and they said they are still trying to resolve this with the courier company! I insisted that this is not my problem and I really want the order delivered or my money back! So many weeks later and I have neither the order nor the money. Look fantastic still ignores me and I don’t know if or when I get my money back . Never again !
