I can accept certain amount ads, but can u tell me how long should I wait to quit the ads so that next ads won’t pop up immediately? It affects the basic functions of the ads. I try to click on the web page, the ads pops up. After the ads finished, I click the web page, another ads pops up and it never ends

Have been using the Pro version for a few years after I got fed up with the constant ads in the free version. But recently I found there is an increasing amount of ads which is really annoying. Why do we have to take that when we have already paid?

I use this app for more than 5 years, and I realised that there are so many bugs that haven’t been fixed, for example: this app always crash out of a sudden, some data that I saved was lost because the updates recently, and they claim that pro version will skip the ads which they don’t. So, it is not worth to pay for this app.

I’ve been using this app for years and I like it’s features and that it’s easy to hide important files. However, I know I have files in this app on my other iPhone and I cannot see any files here on this phone. Maybe it’s me that don’t get it, but I thought I should be able to get files stored in this app across devises? Can anyone explain? Apart from this, I think this is a great app for my needs!

I am using the latest version of iSafe Pro, and from previous 1 or 2 versions, the iSafe Pro seems not stable and cause the App abends and the App quits itself. It happens when try to add more photos to the folder from the iPhone Camera Roll and scrolls the photos downwards. App abends and quits itself when scrolling quickly.

I paid to remove ads, but there is still ads. The app is inconsistent and sometimes shut down for no reason. The downloading cannot complete if the video is too long and the downloading process has to restart with any interruption on the phone.

1) I don't have any video downloaded but this app is taking up 16gb of storage, I have no clue why. 2) I paid HK$8 for three times to remove ads but it's still there. 3) Once I added a video as favor and I can't remove it. I tried to tab on the add favor button (the heart) to remove it but turns out it's became a multiple favor of a same video.

It is a stupid software that keep asking me to set new passcode although I had done this a year ago. It is very annoying when it asked me to set new passcode again today when I just repeatedly setting it several times lately and the last time I set it was yesterday. What kinds of software design it is when keep ignoring existing data. It also not safe when the old passcode was forgotten and anyone can set a new password without knowing the one before!!!
