For about 3 weeks now the app has been glitching like mad. Whenever I go off it after watching to a certain point eg say I watch up to episode 5 in a season. The next time I load the app and click play on the same show, it’s 3 episodes behind or in a completely random place and I end up having to manually skip episodes or find where I was actually up to.

Netflix is amazing, it’s my go to app when I want to watch a movie/series. But I would like to address something that I don’t think is fair. When your in the middle of watching a series for example OBX (Outer Banks), Netflix will randomly take away that series and u would have to buy it off another app, same things with movies etc. I have a movie series that I absolutely love with all my heart and now it’s getting taken off for no reason and it’s over £8 to buy on Prime Video there are 4 movie which are £8 each, it’s getting taken away on the 31st October, I’m so sad that I won’t be able to watch this movie anymore, this has happened to many movies that are very popular which I think is ridiculous for example, mean girls, nativity and, now hunger games? Your taking away so many good shows/movies that you will no longer have people using your app.

I would have given this a 5 star review but recently I’ve been having a glitch that completely signs me out of Netflix and every time I put my CORRECT password in it says it’s incorrect. I’m getting really tired of having to contact Netflix to change my password even though it’s defo right. I never changed it. I read through a couple of reviews and nobody else seems to have this issue which is what’s really hurting my head. I’ve been signed out on all devices for the third time now and both of my previous passwords are incorrect! This bug is stopping me from watching Netflix altogether! (Apart from the tv) which is rly disappointing because I was really enjoying stranger things, Heartstopper, never have it ever and there were plenty of movies/tv shows I was looking forward to.

Repeated Bugs

Generally netflix and the app are good, but lately the quality seems to have reduced, bugs have crept in and just seem to be left there, while they repeatedly play around with the UI. The latest one, that has persisted for quite a few app updates is the one where the date, time and network information stays stuck at the top of the screen while watching a movie or tv show. It's even more annoying when using on an iPad pro 12" with an HDR display, where the text just shines super bright. Happens on all my iPads, and is so annoying I now use the web app, which also has it's own flaws, but they are preferable to the iPad app. With the reduction in selected shows quality, influx of reality tv, and the buggy app which just never gets fixed, I'm probably going to leave netflix when the next thing goes wrong

Why cant i auto play on data?!?

I should be able to have autoplay on my data, every other streaming platform is able to have auto play if your on your mobile data it’s honestly ridiculous. I can obviously auto play with wifi but my wifi is rubbish in my new home so data is my only option to watch a show without the constant buffering or “your service dropped” message come up. 2 years i have lived here and we still have a further 2 years until plans for internet connection improvements are to be made, and Netflix can’t add something so standard nowadays?
Add auto play on data and i will 5 star it but this is year 2 of me having this issue not be fixed and being told it will be in the next update(several times over the phone starting 18ish months ago when i first asked about it, they said it would be the next update)and its not happened. Disappointed and i know i am not the only one with this issue.

Overpriced and drop in quality/value

The general quality of Netflix shows and films has gone significantly downhill over the years, so the subscription was only really active because other people could use the different accounts. Now that accounts can’t be shared (and Netflix did a big social media campaign about ‘love being sharing your Netflix account’, so they can’t say it was never supposed to be shared), there’s no incentive to keep the subscription. This is obviously a capitalist necessity to grow every year despite a cost of living crisis across the world and there only being so many people to sell it to. Now Netflix have to artificially create new users by splitting accounts up into separate customers. This is going to make people’s decisions on where to cut back on spending abundantly clear. Who needs 4 devices for 1 household? Like, what are the chances that 4 people living together all want to watch something different on Netflix at the same time? Will stick to other streaming services, and gladly ditch them if they follow suit. Price is extortionate and now no account sharing makes it completely not worth the money.

If I could leave less than one star I would the utter disgust I feel about the new password Sharing rule is awful I feel that Netflix has not taken into account the millions of reasons why people share their passwords across households for one my dad pays for our Netflix account as I have only just turned 19 me and my dad do not share an address due to my parents being separated so I would like to know how netflix plans to deal with that issue firstly, by them doing this they are assuming that everyone who pays for their services lives with their parents which is not the case for most people. Secondly o am currently away at university and I don’t see how it is deemed far that with this new rule I should be expected to pay for my own Netflix account because I’m away from home for 3 years to study. Not that I have the money to anyway as I am a student. I like the app it works well for me. I wish there was a way to pick more genres easier so I could have full access to them. I end up having to use my browser to find the genre instead of the app. When I search for a genre for instance k drama a category should come up for all K dramas on Netflix. It comes up with a very small amount compared to if I use the website. The whole reason I use the app is for ease of use. Also when I search for something only a small section of it comes up even though I know there’s more as I’ve watched them. A series for instance. Finally, there should be a section that notifies you if any of your lists is going to be no longer watchable on Netflix. A month beforehand at least. There should be a whole section for this for when things will no longer be watchable both for your list and outside of it so people don’t miss things they want to watch. If you get notified of new things coming you should be notified on the app of when things will be going in advance.

Let’s start with pros: it is a good free app to watch your fave show, especially if you don’t have a tv. You can make your own account so no one ruins an episode by watching the part that you were on. It is now available on smart tvs (sorry, even at school I need to take a good look at the spellings before the test) so you can have an even bigger view. Also, they are very polite when they say ‘pardon the interruption’
Unfortunately, it is not perfect. Sometimes is takes a long time to load and when you are at a good part of your show, it glitches and you have to force close it when all you want to do is binge watch.
In conclusion, this is a great app with only a few bugs in it which I hope will be looked at in the very near future. Have a good day!

Netflix is an amazing platform and allows you to watch a lot of tv shows movies and even interactive ones too. But my only problem is that it does not have as many movies and/or shows that you would expect, at first I thought it would have a lot of things like Harrry Potter etc… but it really does not. In addition to this, it also depends on witch county you live in or using the app in as there are some shows and movies that are not available in some places, for example England (where I come from) there are lots of good stuff on it but not as much as I would have expected, I think there is a lot more availability in USA or Canada. This is why it is 4 stars.
Also it is a bit odd that (for example) there is only IT Chapter 2 or rather than the first movie as well (IT 2017) or at least the 1990s miniseries.
Other than that it is a very good app and I totally recommend it!😁

I am very upset and depressed about this matter. Odd squad was the show I watched everyday and now it’s gone IN MY FACE. I have never been more distraught. I don’t even know what to do with my life anymore. What am I supposed to watch with my pasta now? Sponge bob? Little lunch? I THINK NOT. I hope Netflix can bring back odd squad because I think they should. And if they deleted it because not enough people are watching it, making them not have enough money. I will watch it so much that Netflix will only need me watching it and still have the money they need. They are literally millionaires so why can’t they just add back odd squad. It will be amazeballs and I will be absolutely overjoyed. I will watch it everyday with my pasta and be thrilled with odd squads amazing content and videos. What kind of error or limit is “you have reached the yearly download limit for this video”?? Why on earth should I not be able to watch all the episodes of a show offline? What kind of silly limitation is that?
The most annoying thing is that I had downloaded 3 episodes of Dynasty about two days ago and I pulled out my phone tonight to watch. Only to see “Download failed” when I tried to play the videos, and the error was that I’ve reached the yearly download limit for the video. Why did you allow me download the videos in the first place, only to make the downloads subsequently unavailable for offline viewing? Why make me waste my data downloading them, only to make me have to watch them online? What nonsense is that??
Netflix, do better! I can see why people would be leaving in droves to go to other streaming services. Do away with ridiculous policies and stop frustrating users.

I used to love Netflix when it had a vast majority of the films and series you wanted to watch. Now it’s hard to find something you can actually watch on there. Although they do have some decent series such as Derry girls.
It’s also incredibly annoying when they randomly take off good movies and shows people love. And when they stop producing a good series for ANOTHER season of riverdale or some crappy family guy knock off you will despise.
Why do they only have the one movie out of a series of movies or just one season of like 6. Went to watch mean girls the other day only to discover they only had the second and not the first. Why I would want to watch the second without the first baffles me tbh.
Also can’t believe they’re increasing the price seeing as they never have the movie you want. I have more chance getting struck by lightning than finding out the movie I wanted to watch is on Netflix
I think Disney plus is better value as it has a load of great films and series. Netflix is only really good for some series and a few of those you can find on free streaming services such as all 4 or ITV.
The only reason I’m not cancelling my membership is for the film 8 Mile as I am obsessed with it and it is currently on there. Highly recommend that 👍🏻

I love Netflix it’s awesome. I love how you can upload things so if your in a long car ride or a trip you can watch Netflix all way so your not bored without WiFi . It doesn’t waste my battery at all like 1 percent per 30mins! Neither does it waste your wifi that you buy which I adore. The only thing I can’t do is update my Netflix! But I’ll figure it out somehow! It’s amazing and I recommend paying for it because I can watch all the movies or episodes I need. One tip you should request movie makers to add more movies I think it would get more people to buy! I had to buy Disney plus to watch Encanto or Luca! But anyway it’s super awesome BUT I hate when you remove my fav shows I love to re watch things lol. still it’s awesome love it!

Whenever I’m trying to watch a series or movie it never saves the progress in Continue watching, I have tried removing it from the continue watching row but then when I watch it again it doesn’t even show up. It is also saying im on series three for one of my series but im re-watching it from the start and it doesn’t seem to realise that so every time i press play it takes me to the wrong episode, this is happening for every series im watching currently and it’s been happening for months. Im sick and tired of trying to find the correct episode every time I watch and I’ve tried everything, WiFi is fine, I’ve deleted the app, logged out, removed it from continue watching but it seems to only have removed all my shows and now I only have 2 in Continue watching. I’m not searching through every show and then every episode every single time I watch something. This isn’t happening on any other apps I have so I’m considering getting my whole family to cancel our subscription and swapping to Disney plus. Honestly fix this because I’m actually going mad.

I love this app , it lets you watch everything you could want to and is very easy to use , has separate accounts so kids can watch things appropriate for ages . I love lots of shows on there , unlimited amount of choice on this great app . I’ve watched new things , 2000s shows and they have all been great . I would recommend definitely and it is cheap especially for what’s on there !!! It adds things frequently to not get bored of things easily ! I watched a Netflix original ( ONE OF US IS LYING ) and I read the book , Netflix put a spin on it but it was still amazing nether the less . The Netflix originals are great and it recommends you things from your last watching experience . It also has a ‘list’ where you can add shows you are watching to find them easier or what you want to watch . You can also like and dislike shows so it will recommend you better .
Sorry for the short and undetailed review , but to sum things up I would definitely recommend for you to buy . Your money woul be well spent !

Notifications no longer work and issue watching previews

I have used the Netflix app for years and I’ve always been pretty happy with it. However, since an update earlier this year, I can no longer access any notifications. Therefore, any shows I have used the “Remind me” function on, I have no idea when it’s available for viewing. It also means I no longer receive notifications of show recommendations I may like. To me, this means the “Remind me” functionality no longer exists and is now pointless to use.
Sadly, this isn’t the only issue since the update. When looking through shows and the preview videos play, these continue to play in the background even when you select another preview video to watch. This then results in several videos all playing at the same time and the audio all overlaps.
It’s really disappointing that an app like Netflix has such basic issues that haven’t been resolved by now! Surely bugs and issues such as these should be fixed within a couple of months.

Great app! So many things to choose from but I have a few complaints. When watching, for example, a series or a film the last 1-4 minutes would always be a dark grey screen but talking, music, sound can still be heard - making it obvious that the screen should be showing. It’s really stressful knowing that the conclusion isn’t being shown. Every now and then a clip would be fuzzy, or episodes i watch wouldn't show up, and the lack of good shows being on the front page is very stressful. The front page is like badly edited/made films (for example: he’s all that) and the recommendations page is very irrelevant. Apart from all this, it is a very good app to watch things on it’s just a few things that need to be fixed a notch. Thank you!

Bug with Rated Animation

There’s some kind of bug with the Rated animation that pops up when you start watching an episode. I’ve just finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood before it would be taken of and I found that the Rated card at the top would appear and just stay there. I tried getting rid of it by pausing the episode and letting it disappear but this stopped working when I started watching Black Lagoon. The animation then would not appear for a while and then not disappear so I couldn’t get rid of it the way I did before. I don’t know if this is a problem with the sources but I doubt it as it continued through two different shows. It should be noted the auto play next episode feature was used in both instances however closing the source and reopening it did nothing. It’s really annoying because it dims the top part of the screen and is bright white text while most of Netflix’s shows are quite dark appearance. This is on the current version of the app.

I don’t know where I would be without Netflix in my life! No, the content isn’t always spectacular but it has gotten better and they do seem to be developing the apps along a desirable path. However, I really think the mobile and smart tv apps could be improved with some simple additions to settings. First, the option to “always skip intro” or to skip intro after the first episode would be great. Second, an option in the settings to set your own limit for how many episodes continuously play would be ideal (like a sleep timer). I often fall asleep to shows on the mobile app but I find that the “are you still watching” screen doesn’t come up at all- so episode after episode will play and end up completely draining my battery.

the app has a lot of features which makes it easier to browse and look for new shows and movies. It’s been handy during lockdown, however I rarely ever watch Netflix on my devices other than my TV and 12.9 Inch iPad. The app has a severe lack in video quality despite having the full 4k plan. It seems that on IOS netflix doesn’t stream 4k which wouldn’t be a problem if the bit rate wasn’t so low that even on a low brightness I can see blockyness in dark scenes. Although I have gigabit internet and in the room I watch netflix through my iPad using the netflix speed test I get around 250mbs so the stream should not be 480p and yet it seems most of the time it is. Again, I pay for the premium subscription. Why IOS users are shafted despite iPads being common for people to use to watch netflix I don’t know. It seems like watching netflix on the tv is my only option to actually get my money’s worth for what I pay monthly, however I don’t live alone so that’s rarely an option for me. It’s ridiculous I can’t get the full features for the plan I pay for because I use IOS.

I love Netflix and I use it a lot but there are a few things I wish could change...
1. I’m in the middle of watching a movie but find a new interesting series and stop watching the movie for a while and all of a sudden Netflix removes that movie from everywhere same thing happens with series and it’s especially annoying when it removes the first series only like if I’m a new customer and want to watch it how am I supposed to watch it if 1 of the multiple seasons is removed?
2. Many people seem to have the same issue with crowded continue watching when I don’t like a movie I skip to the end and sometimes Netflix takes it off my continue watching but most times it doesn’t so when I’m looking at what I need to finish watching and it really annoys me seeing something I have watched or skipped to the end of on the list especially when it is just a red line showing i have watched to the end of it and when I click on it it takes me to the next episode of finishes the movie but doesn’t remove it from my list I really think it would be helpful if we could delete or filter our continue watching list.
I apologise for you having to read all that but I do think it would make my experience a lot better if these minor things could be fixed.

I love Netlix, its really amazing, but it needs something. Can you add this feature option which can remove soundtrack and music from the film if you want to watch it without soundtrack? It would be awesome to watch them and clearly hear sound effects which are faintly heard in the movies. Please add that feature. Also add another feature in which the movie characters can speak different languages, so people who don’t understand english, can listen to the film in their own language. Another feature is to add deleted scenes from the films, like for example Jurassic World’s deleted scene should be added underneath the Play button. Lastly, add all the Monsterverse films onto Netflix, such as Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, they should stay on there because they’re the most popular movies ever. Please read this and make improvements that I’ve asked for. Thank you.

Absolutely love the new features! Being able to get rid of movies I only managed to get half way through or series I only watched 1 or 2 episodes of before giving up is amazing! Thank you! Though it seems incredibly overdue...
Been experiencing some glitches though since the update, picture keeps blacking out during shows, screen will just go black for a few seconds before coming back but audio stays.
Subtitles routinely don’t show up... While watching warrior nun entire conversations would go on without translation subtitles until the very last line, on a couple of occasions they’d start a conversation in another language and part way through finally the subtitles would start but only be on the screen for a second before moving on as normal.
Lastly, “skip intro” and “next episode” seem to be glitching, skip intro will pop onto the screen for a second then disappear, when you tap the screen to show controllers it does the same thing and pops onto the screen for a split second before vanishing, whereas with next episode a lot of the time it just restarts the episode you’ve just watched!...

I downloaded Netflix well over a year ago and paid via subscriptions but now since updating my card details I'm unable to watch. Although Netflix does not accept subscriptions via Apple no more mine was. I can no longer see this subscription via iTunes or app purchases. I've spoken to Netflix who advised to speak to Apple. Apple was no help either as they can't see it. Solution of Netflix was to register with another email and start again. That's no good. All my favs will be gone all my accounts will be gone. On top of that when it comes to billing the chances is ill get billed twice. One for my account that exists and another for the new one. It's not my issue that I can't unsubscribe or change payment method for Netflix it's theirs. What's so hard about adding in their back end change payment method button? So in essence both Netflix or iTunes don't have a clue how to shut this account down. Not at all happy spent hours trying to sort this. It only happened when Netflix decided to part way with subscribe with Apple pay so what do I do now? Solution find another provider. Disgusting pass the book service.

I have no issue with the majority of the app and do quite enjoy using it and am grateful that I can, however my only issue with the app at this moment in time is that if I try to watch a new season of a show it keeps trying to play the season recap, even though I’m tapping on episode 1 of that season. I wouldn’t mind this if it didn’t then cause an error for the recap and then go back to the shows episode list. I don’t have this problem with the second episode onwards, but obviously wish to watch the first episode before the second. What’s even more frustrating is that there appears to be nowhere I can report this issue and no help online for it. I hope this is seen by a developer for the app as I’d appreciate being able to watch some more of my favourite shows. Thank you in advance and apologies for any inconveniences.

This app is amazing and has a nice range of different movies and series touching different cultures. They add should more of that range of movies/ series and develop that further. Also add more children films such as, descendants and monster high etc.
The app also needs to update its anime section as there are more seasons to the anime that isn’t included and it should be ! Netflix is neglecting anime seasons that’s are already released and not putting them on the show. whereas Netflix is continuously updating other shows seasons but not the anime section which is disappointing !
Other reviewers has put up valid points to improve from last year and I see none of their points being used on the current Netflix. With Netflix fixing ‘bugs’ they don’t improve with subscribers points. It would be helpful to have a history section where we could see our previous watches shows!

They remove good shows

Netflix have done good and amazing thing when it comes to some shows like lucifer when they got it so they could make another 2 seasons. And stranger things is also a good show but Netflix have removed good shows and one of them being daybreak.
In my opinion I agree they already have shows about apocalypses and thing like it so they might have to much but day break is a brilliant show which they didn’t even do much advertising for so no one even resized it was a thing and if they did people would watched it and enjoyed it. Also in my opinion Netflix should every once and a while (1 time every 1-2 months) a quick option to rate the shows they have watched and also question like what would have made the show better in your opinion or what did you like about the show

Improved, minor annoyances

App is getting better overall. Some things feel unnecessary, like having to select my profile every time I launch the app. Just load the previously selected profile by default and in the rare occasion when we need to use a different profile, the switch via the “More” tab is more than sufficient. Phones are personal devices, so it should remember who is using the app.
There are also some bugs with auto downloads. It keeps downloading episodes I’ve already watched. I delete the unwanted download. Then it automatically downloads it again.
Finally, continue watching must provide a way to remove unwanted titles. Watching just a few minutes of something that turns out to be bad, should not leave us with a trail of junk. Particularly when we see a few minutes, we don’t like it and actively mark the title as “not liked”. That is a clear sign for you to recognise what’s happened.

With Chromcast, sometimes it works - sometimes it doesn’t....more often than not its really frustrating trying to cast. App also seems to frequently loose its sync with Chromecast so when you want play another video the previous one keeps playing on the chromecast whilst the new one starts playing on your device.. However for us the biggest frustration is the way Netflix plays one thing then automatically starts playing the next video. We find this behaviour makes it really difficult trying to control the amount of tv/screen time with little kids and has been the source of so many tantrums. Furthermore there doesn’t seem to be a way to limit Netflix use for an individual user per day (say 45mins per day for a specific user). The lack of parental controls is the main reason we are considering cancelling our subscription at the moment. For such a large company and considering I pay for the service, I would expect more from an app like this.

Good but has it’s stupid moments

It’s a really good and useful app, you can watch and download tons of movies and tv shows, you can stream them with no adverts.
But here’s the catch most things don’t stay on Netflix forever, as you may be able to tell.
So I wanted to watch Christmas with the kranks last Christmas, but it wasn’t on there, and I was like oh well 🤷‍♀️, understandable, I don’t expect it to have all the movies I want to watch.
Then on January 1st, 2 weeks after Christmas, they added it to Netflix😑, so they added a Christmas movie after Christmas had ended, then it stayed all of spring, summer and autumn and on November 24th, when we wanted to watch Christmas with the kranks, they got rid of it! Even tho it’s a Christmas movie😑, they kept it the whole year, even tho it was a seasonal movie, and got rid of it at Christmas, the season you normally watch it in🤦🏻‍♀️,
But apart from that it’s a good streaming app😁👍🏻

Sort it out Netflix!

I like Netflix, and they have been improving it a lot over the years. There are a couple of things still missing though, which make it difficult to navigate at times:
• The ability to have more than one watch list would be amazing, because I now have hundreds of things on my list and is too overwhelming. I would l one to be able to split this up so that, for example, I could say "I'm in the mood for a documentary", and then just browse my small list of documentaries. The same goes for any category. Filtering of a single list could work, but allowing multiple lists of my own making would be much better.
• A "history" section would be useful in the menu. It's currently difficult to go back and find things that have been completed. And after some time, half finished things disappear as well. This is useful so my continue watching list does not become too long, but there should also be a means to find those lost items again.

I feel that over time the quality has degraded. The star rating was a great deal better that this new thumbs up or down malarkey, which doesn’t make any sense.
Continue watching feature doesn’t always remember what I’ve been watching so I have to search for it, and at the same time remembers the choices I clicked on just to check out the movie, and then you’re stuck with it. Not to mention on PS3 the preview actually starts to play the movie straight away, so that makes a right mish mash out the continue watching section.
Going back to the star rating. One thing that gave you was what others thought of a movie. I found that massively useful. I haven’t got time to watch the first 15 min of every movie to work out if I like it and I’m fed up of going to IMDB before I make a choice. Keep me in your app, integrate IMDB, as they’ve done the heavy lifting for you!
Recently, we lost more functionality. No longer able to add a new movie from the email notification straight to THE APP.
That scroll to the left IN EACH CATEGORY drives me insane. Stick to one page scroll, up and down. A large proportion of the page remains static, with one action I want to be able to scan the content of the whole page, in case I spot something I want to watch in a different category!
The price has just gone up again, but I feel that the only thing that set Netflix apart from the rest, highly personalised platform for the user, has gone down in my estimations!

So, Netflix has been frustrating for me. The reasons why are because there is no rating system for your shows. I don’t even understand what the “94% match” thing means. Simply get the data from iMDb and put the movie ratings next to those movies. Stop being scummy and hiding that some of your own shows are terrible by not showing the proper reviews. Oh, and also stop cramming those same horrible shows down my throat every time I open the app. Add a “Not interested” option which would make it so that that show is no longer presented to you.
I get that you make more money if we watch your shows, but then make sure those shows are not terrible before calling them finished and putting them on the app.
Maybe this whole thing is seen by the wrong people, the developers of this app. But please make sure the right people know the issues that I face every time I use your app. Thank you.

You keep taking away some of my favourite movies by over than that it’s a good and pretty stable app.
I think that there should be a box at three bottom saying your star rating from 1-5 what age rating you think the movie/show/documentary should be and space to leave a comment on your favourite parts and why you liked/disliked the movie/show/documentary and if you would watch it again/if you recommend it!
We should also have a suggestion box for everyone to comment on what films, shows and documentaries should be added! Maybe a bug/what could be improved box to. These suggestions I have made would make Netflix more interactive and about the watchers and could grow Netflix as well as long as you disable certain words so nobody can be bullied or anything.

Issues with language and films already watched

I’ve had Netflix now for a few months and on the whole it’s a good app for conveniently finding films of a particular genre. However I have two real issues with it;
1. I find a film and use my data (no access to WiFi) to download it to my device so I can play it on my tv at a later time only to find that the film is in another language. Surely it would be easy to identify on the film description what the language of the film is, it is massively frustrating.
2. Films which I watched remain in my suggested lists, I watch lots of films and can’t always remember which ones I’ve watched just by the name or cover photo, would it not be possible to open a new folder, like the ‘continue watching’ one but for ‘films watched’ so they don’t keep appearing in the suggested lists. I’m surprised this isn’t a feature given how it tracks everything else. It also puts things I’ve watched in my continue watching folder which is frustrating 🙄

I mean I really like Netflix. I just feel like sometimes the app can need updating with better films, like don’t get me wrong the films are good and it keeps coming with proper good series like Jheez! But like there’s something missing, I don’t know how it works with the whole taking movies off and putting on new ones or whatever, but I just think more up to date films tbf. I use it literally everyday always watching a new series or a film I haven’t watched but it gets to the point where I’m having to watch the same film over and over again. Like if it’s a good film and a film that I really enjoy then it’s chill but sometimes I find myself Tryna find a film for time, rather than acc watching a film& I know that goes for many people. I do really recommend using Netflix like it is very good for films and series just needs to bring some more good films, especially for 2019!
P.s bring back fresh prince of bel air cus I’m literally on the edge of not knowing what to do at like 2.am in the Morning🥴

I do have to admit, as a customer I was very impressed by the variety of programmes and films I was able to watch a while ago, however after the 31st of December Netflix deleted (for example I’m using the Pretty Little Liars show) every season of one of the more popular original show except one of them. The problem I have with this is as a customer, this programme was only available on Netflix - as far as I know - and for Netflix to remove so many series of many other shows or well enjoyed films over in the past it is a disappointment. It is a great shame that this even happened but I would like to hope at some point some of the most favourite shows would have the full seasons back again, so us customers can watch them again. After all we do pay for a subscription and would like to watch what we want to. This is just a thought but I will still pay a subscription even so I am disappointed.

Love everything about the latest version of the Netflix App, but the Continue Watching section continues to be persistently annoying and wasteful screen real estate. Regardless of something being watched (I’ve scrolled right to the very end of a program, multiple times!) the same program continues to be listed in the Continue Watching section. Solely because I like the suggestions based on what I’ve watched I’ve put up with it and tried to ignore it, but every time I finish a series, it reverts back to episode one as though I’m still watching; so much so I’ve occasionally removed things from my viewing activity just to get rid of it. Hopefully I’m not the only one, but this is an absolute pet peeve and think it should be addressed in an upcoming update, at least to give me the option to mark episodes etc as watched. Come on Netflix!

Not enough new releases/variety

I have recently bought a Fire Stick and subscribed to Prime Video as Netflix is just frustrating these days. I have to search for hours to find something new that I actually want to watch, then I find they’ve removed old favourites! The other problem we have is that the same programmes are suggested in EVERY category!! It’s just two after row of the same programmes but in different order! I’ve also had to delete the app tonight as it won’t let me play anything as it keeps saying account no longer active, yet it’s the same account I am currently viewing on my tv?!!! I don’t know how much longer I will be paying for Netflix. It’s a poor service. I got excited at one point as it seemed to have dramatically improved over the years, only for it to seemingly go backwards! We are paying enough money to be getting better programmes, you will not maintain your client base when there are superior services available, at cheaper rates too! Please sort it out Netflix! The worlds eyes are upon you!!!!

this app is literally amazing! honestly without it half of my time i would be doing nothing just sat there sleeping but this is a really great way to watch series with family and friends without actually buying the movies or series. the monthly pay is literally nothing compared to what you would have to spend if you were buying or renting all the movies out to watch. one thing is that i do t often find many new films or series so i do watch the same ones now and then. one series that i would love you be added is ‘legacies’ i’ve seen it everywhere and it is meant to be a lead on from ‘vampire diaries’ which is on Netflix.
anyway i would totally recommend getting this if you are a movie lover like me!!

I really love using the app. It’s a great way of catching up with my programs but also some international options too (I’m U.K.)
But I would appreciate some updates on the app which would be really great - some of these others have already mentioned - being able to rate out of 5 (which I think you could do before) and leave comments - sort out saved items into folders or categories to allow more organisation - also you used to be able to search by person, which you can kinda still do but since a recent update, when you click a person’s name it doesn’t actually filter the results to what that person is in but just gives you ‘related’ titles. A little annoying as it was really great to be able to filter by person if you wanted to binge that person’s work, or a series of movies. Thanks 😊

Great but 1 glitch

The app itself is amazing, but there is one glitch which makes some of my previously watched episodes or movies appear back on my “continue watching” list, which can sometimes get a little frustrating if i didn’t necessarily want to watch the episodes or movie again. This leads to the one thing i want to ask/recommend. Is there any way that you can make there be a way to delete some things from your continue watching list? I feel like this could be essential to some people (mainly me😂)in case you dont WANT to continue watching. But, like i said, apart from this one glitch, the app is pretty awesome and enjoyable, seeing as there is a large variety in things you can watch. I also think that having a choice to add things to your list is a great way to make your experience on netflix even more personalised than it already is. For such a reasonable price a month, I think that netflix is a great and reliable app to watch movies on and more.

I really enjoy using this app however when I go to my aunties (which is frequently) their internet isn’t the best but it’s not the best. It works on most apps including apps that usually take time even with better internet used. This is the reason why I gave it a 4 star.. I’m not too bothered about this situation since it works with my internet however I would be glad if this app could be made faster for all internets to be able to access it. I mean it still works however it keeps loading and the quality is definitely not great and I have to keep reconnecting to the internet like every 10 minutes or so which is really annoying. Hope this helps for anyone who is thinking of getting netflix and has slow wifi. If this issue is fixed, I will be more than happy to give it a 5 star🤩

This app use to be brilliant. Managed to download tons of shows without any issues. Now however, episodes begin to download, fail, then I have to download them again. I have also tried playing downloaded videos while I’m on the train to work, but then out of nowhere, the video will just stop playing. Very irritating and the only thing which seems to remedy this is to restart my phone, however this doesn’t always work. Sometimes the downloads work fine and I have no trouble, and this seems to be often caused by regular updates from the app. It seems to have an update every week, which unless you remain on top of, means that your shows won’t play. I just don’t understand why you’d allow shows to be downloadable if you can’t play them offline. This has happened on other devices as well so I’m confident it isn’t my phone. The download time also seems to have increased as well.
