A team of us monitor stocking stores on a daily basis to supply the best possible Prime stock information, we also have a Discord server with over 19,000 users that we source information from. Prime Tracker delivers these updates to your phone, for your chosen stores, within 30 seconds of receiving these stock updates. Users can also submit stock status updates themselves, so we can source stock data from all over the UK in real time. This app is an absolute disappointment! It's as if they've completely abandoned it. Stock updates? Forget it! It's been over a month, and despite my efforts in adding photos, there's zero improvement. And what's the deal with Glowberry? Not a word about their stock since day one! To top it off, they've even left out essential information like a Tesco. This is unacceptable!

This app is rubbish, I update stock regularly but it never gets updated on the app. I take the picture and am in the shop when I update it and low and behold nothing happens. Also the last stock updates change all the time and are not true. I watch as shops have stock then it changes to last stock 26days ago or something like that when it had stock the day before. The fact this links to X(Twitter) is a joke as it is that inaccurate I cannot believe that ksi and Logan allow it and haven’t closed it down#cashcowsodontgiveamonkeys

This app was helpful in the days of everyone going mad for the drink but it’s becoming less popular now I feel. Also preferred it when you’d try and zoom in/out and it wouldn’t say “Still loading”. I haven’t seen many apps do this - surely there’s a better way to load data?
I’ve tried to send reports a few times of stock but they are never accepted despite having my location on, there being a clear picture of the products and there being no other recent stock reports for that store.
Some good design features though.

Aldi shop in Wokingham is shown in the wrong place on Prime map, so when I tried to upload a photo it rejected it saying “not at the location”. I believe hence nobody can report stock for this shop.
However I successfully managed to track stock at the other shops, so it was definitely worth getting the app. Just please add the option to report inaccurate shop mapping.

The App had updates in my area (Surrey) on a regular basis in the beginning but it seems to have stopped. The same green spots have stayed on the site map for the last 16 days without being updated as out of stock (I have submitted out of stock photos but they have been rejected. Don’t know why as I was in the store right next to the shelf).
I have also been in stores which was noted as being out of stock but they actually had stock in….I then sent in images of the full shelves but that was rejected. These photos have also not been uploaded by the site.
Much better going around to the local stores and seeing if stock is updated then using this app.

You can’t report stock at my local store as it simply won’t let you. It’s a bug with the app. Reported it and heard nothing. If you’re not going to respond to issues with the app then it’s pointless. I reported stock at another store with a gps verified picture and it was waiting approval in unverified reports and it was deleted others have had the same issue.

Just bought the app about 4 months ago, I live really close to a Premier shop and whenever they get stock I go to report the stock, but they never verify it, they either ignore my report or delete it! It’s very frustrating!! I’ve been reporting stock for 3 days straight, 2 days where they have had the bottles and today where they had the energy drink, and they have just deleted it, fix this problem

This app has been extremely convenient for me, I’ve been able to get notified when locations near me have been stocked with prime AND what flavours they have, and I absolutely love this. I’ve been able to get KSI, meta moon, ice pop, you name it with this app. However, there is one problem. This app, although great it is, relies heavily on the users to send stock updates to the app. I understand this is not fixable, but it’s quite annoying. I went to my local Asda and the app said they had orange mango and lemon lime energy prime, and sure enough, they did. However, I asked a worker if they had hydration, and they said they had tons, and they did. No one updated the app, and no one knew it was in stock, other than that, fantastic app. 9/10 would recommend.

I am a father of one, and my son asked me abouth this app. At first I thought that it would be free, but it was a paid app. However as me or my son have not found ang sort of Prime yet I thought that I should go for it. Well, I can say now that the app was worth every penny. I have found many bottles of Prime (over 100!). I strongly reccomend the app to any parents who are looking to get their children Prime.

I downloaded this app yesterday morning and when the app showed stores stocking Prime we went to the Asda in Bearsden Glasgow where we managed to get some Ice Pop Prime which was fantastic. I uploaded a photo confirming our purchase and we left. On the way back we decided to drive to the Clydebank Asda and get some more Prime because the app was showing available Prime however when we got there there was none available. I tried to upload this information so that potential prime hunters would know but the app stated that I needed to take a photo of the empty shelf showing the Prime label. In many of their stores Asda have stopped putting Prime on the shelves and instead put out the Prime pallets and once they are gone, Asda remove the pallet so there is no where to take a photo. Asda Clydebank was showing availability for hours yesterday despite having no Prime. I think this photographic evidence is a function that whilst I understand the need for it could be added to to allow for this pallet situation in shops. I was told by an Asda employee thst it’s not worth their time putting Prime on the shelves so they just put it out on the pallets. Can we have an additional choice on the app to select “pallet” “can’t get photo” so that we can supply correct information in real time?

App stated that there was Prime in stock 34 minutes away from us and that stock was last updated 1 minute ago. We set off only to find the store empty. Fair enough. I then did my duty, performed a stock report update, took a photo and published it to the app to save others the wasted travel and disappointment. 15 hours later the app says that the store has Prime in stock. How many hundreds of people have had wasted trips since? It’s a great idea. Appreciate the app relies on community to maintain but to not update for 15 hours? Not good enough for a paid service.

Thought about having this app for a while now - finally decided to download.
Very very disappointed as kept looking at the app late last night and early hours of this morning and at 6am 6:15am and so on. Said my local Asda had NO STOCK ( if there had of been I would of gone )- I went into Asda around 1pm and said to member of staff “ no prime again today then “- she said “ yes - loads of them today ! “
How useless is this app ! How many people have been conned out of 99p. I know it’s only 99p BUT if thousands of people have paid that for an app that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do then someone is getting a lot of money aren’t they ?!

Successfully tracked down some prime for my kids with this app. Works how you would want it to, really useful to be able to navigate from the app and set notifications for stock too. Suggestions for future, how about a feature for location always on that notifies you within a certain amount of miles when you pass a store with stock? Good for the commuters and travellers. Also i’d like to see my stats for when i’ve submitted a prime find would be kinda cool. Well done devs!

The frequent updates and communication from the developer of the app is great. I’d definitely recommend buying this if you’re wanting to find PRIME easier!

So I got this app, as like many parents, our kids want this drink.
Unfortunately, it isn't very good at all.
I know where there is stock in a few places near me but the app shows out of stock constantly.
You go in the store(s) and they have it in.
I was going to update where I know there is stock for others to see, but I was home by then and the app wouldn't allow me to update.
I don't know if this app relies on us keeping it up to date.
It doesn't seem that stores do else the stock would be showing.
I had no problem getting some yesterday, and I saw it restocked today. Yet it isn't showing as in stock.
I'll certainly not be relying on this app, I do not believe stores are updating.
Then you have the problem of some people who don't want you to know where they can find this drink so they won't update to key everyone else know.
Very disappointing - it just doesn't work as stated.

This app is truly amazing, given the national shortage of Prime across the UK, it is extremely hard to come by Prime. However, this app lets you find Prime with ease! With the notifications and with stock reports (that are all manually verified), this app lets you find Prime within seconds. There is a clean UI, very easy to understand and I 10/10 recommend this app to those who are trying to find Prime Hydration!

Tried to up load photos to say there was stock at a location, but the app was saying I was not at the location to submit the photo, when I was clearly at the store. The app just can't be trusted would not recommend paying for it. And just to let Tom know I did have my location services on with the app. Anyway after I did upload a photo to a location where prime was available at 6 o'clock in the morning it did not register on the app for another hour or to so by then they most probably would of been sold out at the rate they sell.
The only real way to know where and when you can obtain prime.

This app has helped me track down PRIME numerous times however it does heavily rely on the apps users to report the stock so don’t be surprised if a store shows out of stock and they have it when you go in. Same if you go to an in stock store and it’s out of stock by the time you get there. If everyone can help each other by reporting stock when using this app it will make it better for everyone, I also find the twitter and Discord server just as useful.

Last night I checked in Asda and there was no prime. I tried to report stock, added the photo and tried to submit. I was inside the store and a pop up said I was not close enough to the store to add a stock report. This means in my local store no one can add stock reports so it makes the app useless for me.
1.37 update added spar. I was happy this update came because I have a spar just up the road, but the spar update didn’t even add Northern Ireland spars. Makes me sad

For a paid app, I thought this would be great for us to get some prime for the kids (they are trying to get the full set). Was happy to spend it if it was useful but it’s never accurate. I’ve managed to get prime 3 times and not once was it updated on the app. I did take photos and upload them, but they never changed to verified for other people to get. It got to a point where I’ve stopped using it because not once has it helped us get prime and it just felt I was registering it for other people and getting no help for us to find it, so had basically paid for nothing and even then it was pointless as never verified). Waste of money and time unfortunately.
Looks accurate however frustrating can only have stock for 1 store!

Just downloaded and looks accurate, from what I know about local stock levels the past few days. Deducted a star as my phone is on version 16.1.2 and I can only get stock alerts for 1 store but need it for 3 local Asdas. If this was fixed it would be fantastic. Expect I will need to be creeping the app all day for the green ball rather than getting a notification sadly. Hope this can get fixed soon. Great idea well done to the developer just that tweak and it’s perfect 😊

The concept is great and visually easy to use. However the notifications setup doesn’t work, developer feedback suggested it would be fixed but hasn’t been. The location sorter is hidden by the search bar. Suggestion that needs to be a key to provide users info about the different colour icons of stock. There’s a few symbols showing where it is unclear of its purpose.

Really good app and provides a clear picture to where prime is in stock. Highly recommend getting, the app gets a lot of updates and is very co-operative around customers.
One thing is that the app does get quite a lot of false reports on the #unverified section, for example it's clear when there is a false report when they select all flavours of prime when Asda don't even sell all of them but it would be nice if taking images were mandatory if there was reported stock, this would reduce false reports by a lot.

The app is pretty good tbh, it has sent me notifications a few times to tell me prime is in my local store, unfortunately I have missed getting the drink but that was down to being at work so not the apps fault. My only real issue is I wish you could have notifications for more than one store as there’s a few local to me
