Communication from store was not great. Delivery took longer than it should of done. The bag was for my son who has additional needs and he was upset because of the length of time it took to arrive. I tried calling the number online but no one ever answered. Was told that the first parcel had gone missing and as an apology is was offered a refund and hopefully the bag would turn up shortly after but this never happened. No refund given. The bag has arrived today but no refund given as stated in a email.

Unpacked only had to attach the wheels at the back, super easy, extremely easy to put up with one hand, and fold away with one hand, got a secondary black mattress haven’t put in yet don’t really know if needed ring Cover fits perfectly easy to put on and put also came with a net like a mosquito net. Haven’t worked out how to fix it on but doubt in the UK I would ever need it really easy to wheel a manoeuvre. Very sturdy love it

Used in December 2022 with no issues so trusted the app.
However , I used the app again in august 2023 but my order didn’t turn up and after sending emails ,that went unanswered , i did some further checking and found out that it was a scam company.
I notified the Shop app of the scammers and was told that they’d investigate my allegations, I found out that the real company had already informed them that there was a scam company on their app but i was surprised that the scammers were still there being allowed to scam more people!
I’ve had to ask for a refund from my credit card issuer and request a new card in case they tried to take more money from me.
I thought that the Shop app would have been more reactive in protecting customers on their app and that they should have better checks in place to prevent scammers/ fraudsters from using their platform.

I just clicked on my hismile order & it’s showing up as being delivered. I have not yet received my order. The delivery driver keeps saying he’s tried to deliver the order & we haven’t been in. We’ve been in the house all day every day since Friday where he 1st posted a photo of two streets behind ours & states he’s been unable to deliver or leave in a safe place. I emailed evri giving instructions on how to get to my house from that photo. He then posted another picture the day after on the Saturday of the bottom of our road. We order online multiple times a month & never have problems with deliveries. I’m unsure why he doesn’t know how to get to our house number which is obviously at the top of the road he posted the 2nd picture of. My hismile parcel hasn’t been delivered so when it states in my orders in this ‘shop’ app that it has, this is a mistake. Hopefully I will get my order soon.

I resent the way Shopify forces you to download this app before you can track your item. It automatically loads your packages from other retailers as well but the tracking is useless because it doesn’t update quickly enough. I have to go back to the retailer for an accurate update. The idea is great but if the information is inaccurate it’s completely pointless. I’ve downloaded and deleted it 4 times now because it never improves. *In response to the developers comment… I don’t have an issue with any online store. I was reviewing the app. I run a store through Shopify myself and unfortunately we are forced to use the Shop app as an add-on if we want to provide tracking to our customers. It would be useful if it provided up to date information but it’s simply not fit for purpose*

The product has finally arrived at its destination - over a month since it was ordered. Had it not been for a birthday, I would have cancelled the order and arranged a refund. The communications in the interim were apologetic, but we’re of no substance, nor had any affect on the delivery process. Once a link to a delivery system was provided, it could not be re-pasted into the website (which was a general delivery sit - not one belonging to the specific carrier). Throughout, the communications have been vague and the tracking systems clumsy. The final email was a joke, lacking any sincerity. Finally, your star system does not allow anything less than “one”.
Although the responsibility for this Lisa’s with the provider, Shopify should consider the knock-on affect on their reputation.

Although all your orders are tracked on the app if you use the same email, it’s very delayed and doesn’t update, I have orders that have been delivered months ago and on the app, it still says in transit. They also sell items within the app which DO NOT DO!!!! I’ve tried ordering something on the app and I haven’t received anything or been updated, trying to contact the companies also barely works as when you press to contact by email, it doesn’t work. It also doesn’t show you the website’s reviews unless you really look for them. Overall, not worth using

I got this app against my wishes, but it was needed to ‘track’ an order of a really cute shirt i bought. me and my friend both bought shirts from the same store at the same time. She was able to track her order and had her shirt sent to her within 2 weeks with updates from the app. i did not get any updates and have no way of tracking my package i have contacted both the original store and the Shop app help section and it has not been helpful i am now very stressed and concerned with the whereabouts of my shirt.
most the shops on here are great it’s just the lack of actually knowing where my order is and the lack of help that is a problem

This was my second order. First order I had the watermelon which was great teste. my sister saw some benefits but not for me yet however I will update you in further ordering. This pineapple flavour is very light texture when drinking and less sweet I didn’t like it so I will be re-ordering the watermelon one as I liked it on my first order and now ordered on my 3rd time. Thanks dr v love all your products but please do sale festivals we had Eid and we both could have benefited. Also do a bigger discount than 10% for a repeat customers.

One of the strangest Apps I have used in ages. I tried accessing it through the Tracking link in my supplier’s Order Acknowledgement to see that the order had been delivered two hours previously. Great…..except it hadn’t. I was invited to use the App directly. The Landing Page was not at all clear and seemed to be involved more in pointing me to buy goods (from somewhere, I didn’t bother to find out where, I just wanted to know about my delivery).
I did what I thought was necessary to register only to discover NOTHING. I tried using the Mobile App to which everything pointed and also my desktop computer, which needed a little more thought as I don't they they expect one to be using that route.
The App knew nothing about my order at all. I tried repeatedly involving having to confirm my email address each time but I eventually gave up.
I found a Virtual CHAT link on the supplier’s site and discovered through that that my order was “awaiting fulfilment”, so what was correct? I wrote an angry email to the supplier and left it.
Imagine my surprise when this morning the order arrived and SHOP proudly asked me to do this review. At least I have my order.
Convenient: EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE!

Such an easy app- download it, sign-in and from then on it will update you with where your packages are without having to go into your emails, enter tracking numbers, going to different delivery companies’ websites etc. It doesn’t bombard you with the notifications either, just a quick update when it’s reached a significant point (eg dispatched). Flashes up on your screen, you press ‘OK’ and that’s it- EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE!!!

I received the wrong dress in my order which I paid next day delivery for because I wanted for a special event. Despite my simple request by email on three occasions to three separate agents I did not get the correct dress sent out in time. In fact I never got the dress at all. I asked quite clearly for the correct dress to be sent out and that request was ignored so I settled for a refund and was told I would only be refunded what I had paid and no more and I could have the rest as a voucher (postage x 2). Won’t be using them again and would not recommend as they staff cannot pick the right item or resolve the problem when they don’t.

I think that the soap itself is great. It smells amazing and it doesn’t give me trouble with my skin like other soaps. It arrived at a relatively reasonable time and over all I like it. However one thing has kind of thrown me of course. The size of the soap compared the price is a little off. I ordered one bar of, “pine tar”, and it cost me £17 including delivery. I could maybe understand the delivery, it’s coming from America this costs money. But I still payed £8 for the actual bar of soap itself. I was expecting it to be at least a little bigger. I just hope it lasts as long as I’m expecting.

I have emailed the contact email about tracking services the last 3 weeks and I still haven’t received one.
Angie the woman I am emailing is asking and repeating the same emails as before hand which is taking longer. I’ve had no proper response and no other than it’s finished processing and will take 2-3 weeks and then I email again after 2-3 weeks and be told again that it’s still finished processing and will take 3-4 weeks and nothing has changed and I still have received my order I have paid for route shipping and express delivery but still haven’t received my parcel!

For starters… disregard some of the very low score ratings for the app. Some idiot users have left low scores for the item they purchased and not the actual app that is used to track it. How these people even manage to use a mobile phone is a surprise to me!!
The app itself does what it’s meant to. It’s nothing special or not really bad. It’s just a simple tracing app that keep you up to date with a parcels movements from the chosen courier or service it’s sent by.
Pls note that if there are no updates then it’s not the apps fault it’s the courier that isn’t scanning the item along the way. All the app does is show you the info that it’s sent by the postal service updates.

I have recently ordered an item within the last couple of weeks ( nearly a month ) . This was bought on TikTok and I have not received it yet. Why is that ? Do something. I have already wrote down some concerns and complaints as it being a delay to arrive at my destination, I have also paid for this item already. I found this very invasive, wanting to have access to read your emails etc… I stupidly let it and since using this app I am getting a lot more junk mail and newsletter rubbish I haven’t signed up for and mailing lists I haven’t subscribed to and let me send you 125 million dollars rubbish. It was useless at tracking never updated I don’t see the point of it. I have deleted my account and removed the app. You have been warned, would give zero stars if I could.
EDIT even after deleting the app and account I’m still getting new junk mail and subscriptions I haven’t signed up for. This app seems to do more than what it says it does. Disgraceful invasion of privacy!!!
Unable to locate a parcel

I was due a parcel in November which has not arrived.
It is still showing as ‘in transit’ but none of my delivery updates ever seem to arrive or give me the impression that they have even been sent or registered.
None of the tracking numbers are recognised by the UK delivery entity or the local delivery company.
The direct complaints I have made have been dismissed as “it’s not our companies fault, your tracking number is for the online department of our company not directly us”
Your online tracker map shows the parcel as somewhere in Scotland but nobody wants to accept responsibility.
What is the point of this app/software if not for delivery enquiries and complaint resolution?
I’m too afraid to order from the company again if I cannot ensure actual delivery.
So far I am disappointed with this app and it’s ability to work.
I don’t expect your feedback department to solve my problem, I don’t even remember downloading this software or app. It seems to have just arrived on my phone automatically, which alone is terrifying.

Love the app I feel like I can always keep an eye on products I purchase. There is just one thing that’s kind of reoccurring I don’t know wether it’s just on mine or other users get this problem but I have had parcels tracking just stay in the same place for a long time like a glitch in the system. When I receive my parcel it still says in transit or ready to be shipped would totally recommend others to use this as it is great would just like info maybe on what the problem may be thanks.

I paid for a 3 day delivery at the beginning of December. I heard nothing after that; I had no confirmation email, not a inkling of an order acceptance. I did, however, have the money taken from my account.
As Christmas approached, I contacted the company to find out if they had even received my order, using their online chat function. I received an automated reply, advising that I would receive a reply within 48 hours!!!! I didn’t. I also emailed. I received no response.
Then, on approx. 14th January, I received the item. I should add that a day or two before I received a notification via the Shop app to say the item had been dispatched.
The item, once received, was okay - not great, but okay. I suppose you get what you pay for - with the exception of the agreed shipping timescale!
It could just be that the company was under-resourced and couldn’t cope with the sheer volume of Christmas orders, but all they needed to do was communicate this and certainly not offer 3 day delivery options!
I won’t be using the company again.

I suffer from mild incontinence after a prostate biopsy in 2019. Continued use of Tena pads although fine at first began to irritate after three years continuous use. I tried everything to stop the irritation but found relief after just a few days of wearing my first pair of these briefs and consequently have purchased three more. They are expensive at around £20 each but well worth the money and I find that 4 pairs is all I need with no need to purchase pads again.
They look like normal boxers also which is great

First time purchase but, hopefully not the last!
Super easy to apply and wait a bit (I waited 30 mins) and then wash & condition your hair. Pretty much really what other products also require. The difference being is it is so easy to apply; it took two full brush lengths for my short hair. The other difference was washing it out - it didn’t look like the last battle of the Somme took place in my shower. It rinsed out super easily and ‘cleanly’. I used a standard conditioner on my hair.
Once my hair had dried,I was pleasantly surprised how good the result looked. It’s been a few days now and, so far, no horrible surprises.
The only down side is that the product is pretty expensive and you’ve no idea of how much remains in the twin aerosol.

Brought for my daughter for Christmas. She will love it not just because of the quality but the ethics around it. Excellent pre purchase customer service. Hilariously the delivery person thought, as the weather was shocking on delivery, that a good place to keep it dry would be one of our recycle bins 🤷🏻♀️. My husband came home and efficiently put the bin out for the bin men 🤦🏻♀️. So it was out there for a couple of hours before my husband realised there was a delivery 📦 inside it. Hallelujah, the bin men hadn’t been. 😝😝😝. Definitely a resilient piece of kit. 👍👍👍. Note to self for future delivery orders - please don’t put the parcel in the bin!!!😂😂😂

I’ve just received my parcel, I had a message to say the driver was running alittle late ( great to be kept updated ✔️).
I live in a country lane with no street lights and at this time of year our house can be difficult to find.
With this in mind I received a call from your driver who was very polite and he asked for directions as he was in our lane and unable to locate the house.
I found this great service and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent customer service from sandbanks had a couple of issues as they’d sent it off to DPD. Not their fault, DPD fault for delivery with no communication, due to DPD had to wait over a week for delivery, didn’t get a time slot didn’t get help off customer service (they were terrible) didn’t get any help wages lost wise for having to lose a day holiday due to DPD incompetence due to not knowing when it was arriving, said it would be 4 days later for delivery
Asked if I could speak to DPD manager they wouldn’t, lass on phone admitted company was a joke and was no help whatsoever (her name was Bella) at Birmingham branch for anyone who uses them
Sandbanks went out there way to get it delivered the following day…
Sandbanks = excellent service
DPD = won’t ever use them again

I’ve just received my 2nd pouch of bovine protein collagen peptides and held off giving a review till now just to satisfy myself I’m happy, and I can confirm I’m very happy. I opted for this because I suffer with IBS and my bloating reduced considerably within the first couple of weeks, and the IBS related surprise/unfortunate episodes I was suffering with have subsided dramatically. My hair feels thicker, my nails are now growing. I’m also peri menopausal so these changes are a massive bonus. Haven’t seen much change in my skin yet but I have always looked after my skin so that improvement my take more time to show. I am now a regular user of this product and will advocate this to anyone who I feel would benefit. I won’t be sharing it though, people I know can buy their own! 😁

I missed my delivery earlier today by taking the dog for a walk and I received a phone call telling me I missed my delivery. They was brilliant on the phone and told me they would try and deliver it again later. To my suprise 2 hours later the driver was outside my house phoning me. This is the first time I’ve used this service and would highly recommend this service. Very friendly, understanding, polite and professional. 10/10 😃

I ordered something through this app, they take no responsibility for the people the work for as long as they get a fee it’s clear they have no customer service value or human value. I ordered something through SHAINYUKK and this was never sent! I have not been able to contact the app and the website for this shop has been taken down. I have children and this store prayed on insecurity to gain money and this app clearly does not care!! I thought doing it through this app would be safe and make naively thought I would be protected. This in not the case! Do not use unless you want to be blind-sighted and Manipulated into feeling safe! No care for the person on the other side of the screen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Nice concept but if the tracking isn’t kept up to date compared to the courier apps then it provides little additional benefit. I had two parcels, one with DPD and one with Hermes and the tracking was way behind the courier apps. DPD shows driver in transit near me and which delivery number you are - nothing on Shop. Still showing 4 hrs away. Parcel delivered, no update in Shop - still showing as 4 hrs away. Hermes parcel app shows more detail on sorting centre arrival, out for delivery today. Nothing on Shop. Still showing as just ‘in transit’. Concept really doesn’t work if you can’t get up to date / realtime tracking.

It is sometimes hard to track packages on various different apps but the Shop app is really easy to use. It has all my past orders so I can look at my history of items which I find very handy. The different stages of my delivery makes it obvious when it will arrive, even if it is a bit delayed. The app makes me feel the package I have ordered is safe and secure, and that it will not be tampered with it stolen.
I have recommended the app multiple times to other people such as my friends and family due to its flexibility and easy layout.

Great selection of tights to choose from and many other products too.
Price is fair and the postage isn’t too much either.
I love the way that the tights are packaged and my snags have a special basket of their own now as I have approximately 8 pairs.
They have the ability to fit all shapes and sizes and add something wonderful to any outfit.
They also are easy to wash and you won’t even know that they have been worn before.
I’m always complemented on my tights when I’m out and about in my wheelchair or on my mobility scooter. I’ve recommended snag tights to many ladies that are all shapes and sizes.
Snag tights delivery day is a fab day. I’m looking forward to my next order arriving, as I’ve gone back to the 80’s when I was a pre nursing student and I used to wear black and white stripped tights with any outfit (the witch snag tights), so I’ve treated myself to a pair, and I can’t wait to wear them.

Ordered from a website that I haven’t used before, but did security checks and it seemed legit. It said to download this app for delivery updates and I did straight away because I’d seen this app advertised on other websites that I have successfully ordered from before (but never used this app). The app instantly said my order has been dispatched. Fastest dispatch that I’ve ever encountered. The store that I bought it from state that it hasn’t been dispatched yet. The delivery due date has long gone and I have emailed the seller for clarification and tracking, but am just ignored. If this app is legit and safe (don’t think it is) then surely it has a duty to not work with companies that are scams. Plus, it clearly doesn’t track anything. It just hacks your emails and security information that is in them. I’ll be reporting this app and the site to my bank and the police!

I think this could have been the fault of the company I ordered the item off but I was not notified as I specifically requested of the delivery day. 9 days after delivery the app still shows the item as not delivered.
The item was extremely heavy and so re delivery was not an option, weighing around 100 kg
By pure luck I was in when the delivery company arrived and not ready because of this causing a frantic few minutes trying to take delivery and in the process upsetting the delivery driver who showed his displeasure with rudeness. I specifically requested to be notified of a delivery day for this reason which was not done.

As an app, it’s fantastic. But I couldn’t help but notice links to black-owned business, woman-owned businesses, LGBTQ+ owned businesses, Asian-owned businesses, Latinx owned businesses and indigenous owned businesses. Essentially, they’re advocating you to shop anywhere but businesses that are owned by a white male. As a struggling white male, this is very disappointing and disturbing to see. I can’t help but uninstall this app. How about highlight businesses? Not businesses owned by certain types of people. Please, stop this: it isn’t a good road to go down. There’s no wonder why white males account for 70% of suicides. You might think what’s the big deal? But examples of what this app is doing can be found everywhere and believe me, it all adds up.

I’m v upset with this app. The shop I bought a product from over a month ago has failed to ship my order and when I contacted them about several times I received no response! Keeping in mind I have already paid for the product. There was no updates on the status of my order at all. So I decided to contact costumer service of the app again on serval occasions and received absolutely no response! This is v frustrating to the point where I just want a full refund but no one has gotten back to me in order for that to happen. So I feel quite robbed as money was taken from me yet not item was delivered. Something needs to be done! I wouldn’t advise using this app sadly.

I love the uniqueness of each piece, that they can be personalised with your own precious words and Tara is just so incredibly helpful in making your choice of item so special. As for the way they come delivered!! Well, the detail is gorgeous!! I’ve bought many times from Tara and have just bought another special item for a very dear friend.

Downloaded this app immediately after placing an order online for a piece of equipment that I needed urgently. The app immediately showed the item as 'shipped' although I doubt even an Olympic sprinter could have pulled the item off the shelf, packed and dispatched it in the few minutes between placing the order and downloading the app. If they did, it was very impressive. The app not so much. It stayed on 'shipped' even after the goods had been delivered i.e. no tracking updates whatsoever. Not sure why there's an option for the customer to mark an order 'delivered'. Other tracking apps are updated by the courier on delivery. Seems like as much use as a chocolate teapot. Deleted.

So far so good, only used this app 1.5 times (still got second order on the way), both within the space of a week but seems very good. Easy to add parcels to track, gives updates as the logistics teams process and ship, shows parcel locations on a zoomable map and gives a confetti celebration when parcel has been delivered (ok so the last one may not be entirely necessary but I like it, it’s a nice touch).
As for the other features, I’ve not had time to try them yet.

This is a great tracking app for all deliveries from various different companies and can even track globally - I like the way that for most deliveries it automatically detects these details and updates them for example I order from companies like Wish and SHOP picks up on the delivery information as soon as it’s on the way from Hong Kong, also if for some reason it hasn’t detected your delivery then you can manually update the tracking number on SHOP and it will automatically detect the parcel company and request the correct location details. I’m sure there maybe other apps that do a similar thing but I am really happy using this.. and best of all it’s FREE and doesn’t flood me with adds like most other Free Apps.

I’m ambivalent about this app. On the one hand it’s very convenient to have details of all my purchases in one place, with update notifications regarding delivery and such, but on the other hand the location information is rarely, if ever, accurate. I’m variously in The Netherlands, Kansas or random parts of England. Another massive flaw is that once delivered the item listing goes from showing what was ordered and from which company, to just showing the couriers name. No other details at all. Which is pretty bad. In an ideal world I’d have been able to give 3.5 stars but went with four because it is useful. But it could be So. Much. Better.

I had to rate this app, it’s so useful and updates automatically. It turns out I do shop at a lot of stores that use this style of checkout, so for me it has been great. Tracking updates are accurate and overall it’s simple and easy to use. I use the same email address for all purchases so I haven’t had any problems like others have experienced with multiple emails. I would recommend this app to anyone who shops online regularly.

When using this app I find it easy to navigate and it is well designed for optimum use with features such as shop in app, track parcels in real time with software connected to your email. Notifications with every shipping update and a chronological list of orders and tracking information with the built in map where you can track in real time. I would 100% recommend this app to my friends, family and the public. I’m a huge supporter for this app.

Downloaded this and was anticipating a really good way to see all my packages in one go and be able to track them easily. Only thing is that over time I have used two different email addresses for varied accounts I use to shop so had to continuously log out of one and into the other to track parcels.
This app only automatically downloads tracking information on things bought using gmail email address, I have both yahoo and hotmail so was having to manually put my tracking information in to get the live updates. Some of them never updated me and I had the parcels delivered and it still been ‘waiting for further information’. Not as reliable and great as I anticipated it to be and I’ve since deleted the app.
If this was able to track multiple packages with more than one email address, and do this automatically using yahoo and hotmail accounts. I would be all over this. Lots of great reviews so feel like I’m missing something here but did try to persevere for a while and didn’t get very far with it.

I got this app because I bought a present for my dad on a website. I was a bit worried when I heard nothing about my package until 4 days later when it said everything that had happened all at once. It was really helpful and reassured me where it was at all times. Only advised I would give is assuming it’s delivery date. This would help a lot so that I know I’m at home would really help me because I worry about it not coming before Christmas. Other than that it’s a fantastic app!

I find this useful for tracking my online orders all in one place. However it’s not always 100% accurate with location information, which makes it useless for tracking. I sent a tracked parcel to a family member in another part of the country. The app started off by informing me that I had delivered it to a sorting centre in North Dakota (I’m in North East England!) and then after tracking its progress through the English Royal Mail locations it tells me today that the parcel has been delivered...in Brazil. Thankfully my relative also informed me that he’d received it. The North Dakota address frequently appears in the app for Royal Mail deliveries.

I am extremely happy that this application has been designed. I have had problems tracking parcels in the past, but since I installed it I know when my deliveries are due and also who the carrier is.
I have often wondered why there wasn’t a site you could refer to about estimated delivery details then I placed an order with an online clothing store and was referred to Shop, at long last my prayers were answered as it listed all the previous delivery information. I am still fairly new to the site but it still gets a massive thumbs up from me. 5*’s from me and I would suggest that others who have restricted mobility download Shop if you shop online like myself. 👍🏼👏👌

Effective tracking on parcels you order BUT it also offers to scan the inbox of your email account to save you from copying and pasting the tracking number. Frankly I’d like an option where I could use Shop without this. I know pretty much anything can be pulled from my phone but I like the illusion that I choose. Shop’s scanning of my inbox smacks too much of Big Brother in “1984”
So an opt out of the automatic scanning would make this much more consumer friendly for those of us who like to pretend that we still have some measure of cyber independence.
