That means that in order to lose weight you need to maintain a balance of the pH value in your body. Practicing this diet means that you eat alkalizing food, because the human body is slightly alkaline.
When eating too much acidic food, the organism becomes unbalanced and causes many problems, such as poor concentration, fatigue, weight gain, etc.
This diet is also referred to as a miracle diet because it makes miracles to your body.
