Can not access items i paid for! Support seem to be clueless how to fix it

Bought one issue of the magazine and have accessed it several times with no problem. Changed phones, got latest version of the app and ever since can not view the issue i bought. Application support team is busy finding a solution for 2 months now without much susses. Slow on replies
