Same old story...

Installed and workes fine. 4 days later, no more connection between scale and iphone. After many (I mean many) resets, new batteries, removing and setting up the scale, etc. it works again. Conclusion: (bluetooth) connection very unreliable.

The oxigen measurement works fine, but the upload to the app always fails. Most of the time the app crashes.

After removing the initial data, one with 0/0/1979, it works fine, all data camel in.

Horrible app that crashes all the time. Would recommend to stay clear of this app and beurer products.

Only the graphics in the app are a bit too big. So a new design would be nice.

Nieuwe iPhone, zelfde app, alles Kaput

Nieuwe iPhone 12 gekocht. Met migratie assistent alle apps gemigreerd. Beuer app werkte (min of meer) op oude telefoon. Na migratie herkent dezelfde app dezelfde gebruiker niet meer. Nooit meer goed gekomen. Dan koop je een weegschaal die kan synchroniseren, synchroniseert hij niet meer.

Antwoord van Beuer: Im Moment erreichen uns außergewöhnlich viele Anfragen, sodass die Antwortzeit aktuell länger als eine Woche beträgt. Wir bitten Sie von telefonischen und erneuten schriftlichen Anfragen zu Ihrem Vorgang abzusehen. Oftewel: blijf weg, dummer Kunde!

Works fine so far

Seems to work ok so far with the BF720 scales we bought. Synchronizes well with Health, but doesn’t support Apple Watch yet, so strongly suggest the developers look at adding it.

Waardeloze weegschaal en applicatie

Na een tijdje matig te hebben gewerkt functioneerde de verbinding niet meer. Applicatie verwijderd en opnieuw aangemaakt. Wachtwoord reset functioneert niet. Na maanden weer eens geprobeerd: nog steeds niet. Tegelijkertijd is op de weegschaal ogenschijnlijk nergens gewicht als functie in de display in te stellen.

I have a good scale but that is useless with this application. I will never buy again beurer products anymore. They don’t care about customer. There are many valuable feedback here and they do not fix the problems.

One Month later: the same issue

Today again the app was logged out and crashed while logging in.

Again I needed to delete the app, re-install it and connect it again with the scale and syncs with apple health and my weight app.

It took half an hour when all worked again.

Please look into this.

When the app works, it does everything you expect it to do.

One star less because of the same issue.

Biggest nuisance is that you can’t assign a measurement to a person. And deleted data is being re-synced to the phone. I hope these features will come soon.

Unfortunately the app is not connecting with my iPhone 11 Pro and iOS 14. I’ve reinstall the app and tried to pair is with Bluetooth but after I selected BF80p andthe pushed the connect button the app quits working and disappearing from my screen. It’s a big bummer!!

Worst German product in our household

After having connection problems on the scale (BF-700) continuously under iOS13, the app outright crashes under iOS14.

Dear QA/development team, please test your app before shipping and keep up with GM/Beta releases, this is unacceptable.

App works great with the BF720. No need to connect anything. The data from the scale is automatically updated in the app.

Only thing I would like to see updated is the possibility to set your Bodyfat% as a goal instead of your weight.

Don’t waste your money

First of all, the previous design was soooooooo much better. The current design is poorly.

Anyway, first your Beurer device can upload its data, but then.....for some unknown reason (or you update your Apple device) the app doesn’t upload your data anymore.

If you email the support they tell you to make a new account. Lol

Even the hardware Isn’t high quality. Every 3 weeks I need to change the battery’s of my blood pressure device. Now I use a device of 20 euro, battery’s still alive after 1 year.

Can not update ‘Activity Level’ in Settings

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews so far. Personally everything is working fine so far (day 1) with the exception that one can not edit the entered ‘Activity Level’.

I still have to verify correct working of:

- Multiple Users

- Apple Health Sync

But I just have to give this app + BF600 combo a 1-star rating because there are certain aspects that of a product that are expected to be there and when they are not, the whole thing is reduced to a severe disappointment.

In this case it’s the ability to edit ones’ details.

Why is such a simple thing so important?

Well let’s say that you entered a value incorrectly? Or in the case of the ‘Activity Level’, one can simply change life styles and right now this can not be edited. Nor in the app, neither in the desktop version.

And no one will accept deleting and creating a new account as a proper solution.

Such a major overlook, such a pity.

Expending the app with all sorts of devices is useless when the app doesn’t connect to the BF700 scale. Top priority is connection. Intuitive app means easy to learn app to my opinion. It doesn’t fulfill that expectation.

App ziet er een stuk frisser uit dan twee jaar geleden, maar werkt nog steeds voor geen meter. Bluetooth koppeling met BF700 faalt: bij toevoegen apparaat verdwijnt de laad-indicator na een tijdje, terwijl er niets gebeurd lijkt te zijn. Advies: koop geen Beurer producten, ga gewoon voor WiThings ofzo.

In het begin was deze app wat onbetrouwbaar, maar de huidige release werkt feilloos, is gebruiksvriendelijk en oogt mooi.

Drievoudige meting kan niet

Op zich mooie en overzichtelijke appJammer dat alleen hun apparaten ondersteund worden. Geen zin om alles nieuw te moeten kopen. Verder werkt de drievoudige meting niet goed. Telkens geeft ie aan dat de tijd is overschreden, zelfs als je 10 seconden eerder start. Nog geen drievoudige meting succesvol kunnen doen.
