I am enjoying this app, it is generally easy and nice to use! It would however be great if there was functionality to auto-translate the menu of a restaurant to your chosen app language

Comparable to Grab
After complaining about my cancelled order by Planet Grapes, I’ve encountered problems using the app particularly with payment. Vengeful? All the whole I thought Foodpanda’s better than Grabfood. I’m now using more of Grabfood now

Seriously bad service
Waited for 40 mins, They called, call got disconnected, i walk to reception, and all of a sudden the order is cancelled. Poor service. Now i have to order again. What a waste

Useful but not totally functional
Some restaurants have set menus but don’t indicate what’s in the set...others have a forced upsize otherwise you couldn’t add the dish, then might as well use the price and size of the upsized dish. Not totally user friendly

Bad service in terms of on time delivery
Used to be great but service is gone down hill! Over recent months on time delivery has gone down and 80% of the time it’s late by 15 min to a hour from the original indication.. also the app is not that stable anymore, indicating that sometimes no restaurants are available..

They leave you hungry!
I stopped using this app when they canceled my order 15 mins before my lunch half-hour, leaving me to resort to the unhealthy fast food options nearby and were not at all apologetic when I contacted them about it. They seemed to think 15 mins was enough notice. These guys have a looong way to go.

Super useful app for ordering food. The app even recommends restaurants close to you and remembers your previous orders.

Works well except for a slight hiccough the first time we ordered (they forgot to send me the confirmation text messages). Only minus is that for my area there are not many restaurants to choose from.
