Fraud

Don’t use this app.. Might be usefull to search for the cheapest car, but when you need to cancel the reservation they just keep your money. E-mails remain unanswered, response to social media postings are systematically removed (and poster blocked).
I have been waiting for a refund of almost 170 euros for over a year now..
Would be a good thing if Apple would ban this app (and company) from the App Store to prevent people from being robbed!

Two nasty bugs

1) The app does show I am logged in (it shows my login ID) but when I press My Bookings no bookings are shown. But they were confirmed my e-mail (same account name). Only after a few minutes the app realises I am not logged in. So it’s a bug. After logging in, correct bookings are shown.
2) when starting the app the only option you have is to search based on a location. But you can’t directly access your account, you should search first. Strange UX glitch.
