Vluchten zijn geannuleerd, dit is niet gecommuniceerd en het ergste van alles: een jaar later nog steeds geen geld terugontvangen terwijl het om ruim €800 euro gaat. AFRADER DUS!

ik heb en ticket gekocht in 09-2021 voor 22-10-2021 en door de covid-19 is vlucht niet door gegaan round 10 dagen alle vluchten zijn gecanceld en ik heb eerder waarschuwde dat mijn vlucht gaat niet door en ik heb vergoeding van ticket trug gevraagd ik heb e-mail ontvangen van kiwi dat wordt na 3maanden krijg ik ticket geld trug dus vandaag is 18-05-2021 krijg ik geen bricht dus nog wachten

No seat reservation on trains
WARNING: Do NOT use Kiwi to make reservations in German ICE high-speed trains. Kiwi does not offer the possibility to reserve a seat in the train.
So, when it is busy (and normally it often is), you might have to STAND during your entire journey. All major other train booking sites do offer the possibility to reserve a seat on high-speed trains, so be sure to book there.
@Kiwi: please do not ask me for a booking number, since this goes for _all_ train tickets on your website. Please ask your technical team to add the possibility to reserve seats on trains.

Had nog nooit van Kiwi gehoord maar erg tevreden met hun
Omdat een vlucht van ons helemaal gecanceld werd vlak voordat onze vlucht ging, snel via Kiwi een nieuwe reis geboekt. Via 2 vluchten naar eindbestemming zonder problemen. Alleen jammer dat de incheck dame van EasyJet lastig deed over een laptop tas en dat terwijl het vliegtuig leeg was.

Just another scam don’t use them for big trips, perfect for short flights but their service lacks when you miss your flight or if the airliner cancels you get a lousy 90 euro refund. And their customer service only answers if you pay 10 euro extra .. just warning you guys

Warning! Do not buy tickets with this company it will cost you
We bought tickets with kiwi, due to corona they cancelled the flights. This was in April, still no refund (or voucher seen). They constantly lie when we try to contact them. We even paid extra for administrative costs to get a refund, but still nothing. The airline says already paying to Kiwi.com the refund, but seen nothing yet! Kiwi pay back our money it is your obligation!

I booked a ticket to Kreta in May, that was canceled because of Corona Virus. I heard from Transavia they refunded my ticket to kiwi.com end of July. I did not receive it and keep getting messages that eSky is still talking to Transavia, which is nonsense I want my money back

Mijn vliegticket heeft uiteindelijk 3x meer gekost dan dat het was omdat ik te laat online ging inchecken wat normaal gesproken een dag van tevoren is moest ik bij deze 2 dagen voordat ik moest vliegen ingecheken.

They changed the flight date they made the departure 2 days earlier (ok that maded the airline becouse kiwi is not an airline to do that) but i booked the flight through kiwi so kiwi has to be responsible becouse i didnt book through airline i book through kiwi amd they have to be responsible but ok I accept the change of a departure but i had to correct one letter of the name of one of the passengers and they charge me a fee for it not even change it for free as a excuse!!! They dont care about there costumers even the costumer suport is useless they dont care about their costummers

Horrible experience.... how on earth is it possible to change a flight date to 1 week later? I try to contact Kiwi and when I fill in my flight number they hang up the phone. Airlines should always tell passengers at least 14 days in advance about a change and this is not in my case.
If you change the schedule of your flight, you have various rights. For example, you are entitled to get a compensation for the extra costs you have incurred and you may be entitled to compensation for your loss of time. All this on the basis of Regulation 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention.
If you were informed between 14 and 7 days before departure and you left more than 2 hours earlier or arrive 4 hours later, you are entitled to get a compensation. This is the situation in my case.
In the event of a delayed flight of more than 1500 km there should be a compensation of 400 euros. I will not stop contacting on Facebook, twitter, linkedin and instagram untill I get a response and the money I deserve.

Ik krijg met geen mogelijkheid contact met kiwi. Heb tot heden nog geen voucher of geld mogen ontvangen van de boeking in mei. Ook geen bericht ontvangen dat het in behandeling is.

Geen informatie over vluchten
We hebben via kiwi een vlucht geboekt maar krijgen geen informatie gedurende de Corona crisis. bij de vliegmaatschappij zie we dat de vlucht is geannuleerd maar krijgen van kiwi geen informatie. En nu 3 maanden na dato geen reactie en geen geld terug.

Flight cancellation
Kiwi informed me that, due to Coronavirus my retour flight from Brussels to Vilnius was cancelled. I had to contact the airlines directly. Kiwi provided necessary information, they said. I had one flight with brussel airlines and a retour with Ryan air. However, Brussels airlines stated that refunding should be requested by Kiwi. And Ryan air was impossible to reach. Kiwi service is clearly insufficient. By the way they seem to have mixed up my data, because in their information concerning the retour flight, they mentioned an english email adres ( not mine) and my retour flight was suddenly to Charleroi and not Brussels Airport. I look forward to hear from Kiwi.

Kiwi just didn’t help when I tried contacting them. Emails don’t give an answer and by phone I even can’t reach them. I downloaded the app hoping this wouldn’t help me out, but it didn’t. First and immediately last time I booked through kiwi.

In the app you can choose between adults and children, but the children are seen as babies 0 years old. The prices for our family are for 3 tickets in stead of 5.

It’s so annoying that I cannot choose the child as a passenger on mobile application, how could it possible ? Why I can do this on the website but not in the app? There is only option to select adult and infant. Any plans to fix this ?

Hoe durven jullie deze maatschappij aan klanten aan te bieden. Service ehh gewoon niet. Je kunt beter met KLM vliegen ben je veel goedkoper uit. Bijbetalen voor alles dus uiteindelijk zonder maaltijd , staat zo niet duidelijk aangeven was ik ca . 880 euro kwijt en dat x 5 personen.Zonder dat vieze vliegtuigvoer. Geen media, film op n schermpje van 19 cm geen muziek, geen mogelijkheid op mobile op te laden. Okay voor 300 euro misschien okay naar niet voor wat ik heb betaald. Maar dan de hospitality van het personeel. Je wordt onbeschoft behandeld zeker als je geen voedsel hebt besteld. Van ams naar New York 3 uur wachten voor het je het eerste betaalde drankje mag bestellen.van Miami naar London idem. En dan nog een grote bek van het cabine personeel krijgen. Personeel negeert je alleen maar, spreken bijna geen Engels en als ze wat onduidelijk zeggen is het te onbeschoft voor woorden. Als ik geen reactie krijg, zorg ik er voor dat via mijn advocaat deze klachten via Yelp en alle mogelijk media aan iedereen kenbaar maakt. Kunnen ze WOW achterna, zelfs die was beter
