Calendars is the most elegant and easy to use calendar application available on the App Store. It works perfectly with Google Calendar and built-in iOS Calendar.
Calendars allows you to manage events both online and offline. Thanks to the unique interface you can move events simply with Drag & Drop, navigate quickly between dates, change event time and reminders rapidly with custom keyboards.
Calendars supports everything you can find in Google Calendar: appointments, reminders and more. Sync is really fast and your information is always up to date.

Best app ever
Ik heb deze app nu 3 maanden in gebruik en dit is de beste kalender app die ik ooit heb gebruikt! Ik heb er heel veel getest maar deze is echt voor alles top. Ik ben er super tevreden mee. Heel overzichtelijk. Ik heb per categorie een kleur gegeven, dus bijvoorbeeld; werk = paars, afspraken = groen en vakantie = geel.
SUPER TEVREDEN OVER. :)
En dit is nog maar de gratis versie, kan je nagaan wat er allemaal is bij de betaalde versie. Voor nu blijf ik de gratis versie gebruiker want werkt helemaal top. Kan het iedereen aanraden

Bagger
Valt niet mee te werken, de weken worden getoond vanaf de dag waar je in zit. Dus week 3 begint op woensdag vanaf woensdag??? Zoekfunctie moet je extra stappen voor zetten i.p.v. dat het bovenaan je scherm staat. Etc etc etc... half jaar geprobeerd omdat ik dacht dat het aan mijn ADHD brein lag maar het is gewoon bagger!

Ik vind dit een hele chille app, maar kan hem nergens op mijn Mac vinden, en vind het nou juist zo fijn om ook vanaf mijn laptop te kunnen plannen.

Let’s start with saying, that this probably is the first review I ever wrote. I use this app for a few years now and I’ve had a few other calendar apps too. It took a while before the week number function was added, but now I’m confident to say that there is definitely not a better app in this category than this one. The best in class and most certainly worth your money! I can’t understand that people would give this app less than five stars. If you have some issue, ask if they can fix it before writing a review. These people deserve five stars. Good job!

Can’t use it anymore!
All of a sudden I can’t open the app anymore. It tells me to sync to other calendars, but have to change settings first. Can’t find the Calendars app in privacy settings, therefore cannot change settings or use app anymore. Please help!

Na de update naar iOS 14, schrok ik.
De “Agenda” app van Apple is qua lay-out een gedrocht geworden.
Dagen, tijdstippen en agenda items zijn een eenheidsworst geworden.
Ben gaan zoeken naar een alternatief, en gevonden dus!
Ben erg tevreden.

Not all calendar events are synced with the Apple Watch. As such this is not a full replacement for the native calendar app.

Would be nice if you can change language
Just downloaded this app, cause my previous one wanted me to subscribe and pay for the displays I use. Well, I’m not going to. Already paid to buy the app. This app looks nice so far. Would be nice if we can select languages. Dutch please ;-) Very pleased to see I can use different colors. Happy for now

Nice but miss Go To Date feature
The app looks really nice but I continue using another calendar app because of the missing Go To Date feature.
When somebody asks me if I am available on a certain date, I need to scroll manually to that date to see what else I have planned. This is very inefficient, which means the app hasn’t stolen my heart yet.

New update not great
Really liked the time setting, before the update in june. Scrolling though a list of 60 minutes is way more time consuming... I paid for the app, so I would like to choose which update I want to keep and what not.

Harder to use than before
This app is becoming harder to use.
Examples: Setting the event time: first need to switch off ‘all day event’ , even when there are events on that day planned already. Makes zero sense.
Changing the alert time: switch the alert off and then on again, then select another time and then save.

Mooie app. Was tot nu erg tevreden. Vind het alleen jammer dat als je een melding met een jaar / maand wilt verplaatsen, je erg ver naar beneden moet scrollen. Dit punt in de vorige versie was zeker handiger.

Planning is more time consument since the last update
Since the last update planning is much more time consuming. The new way of creatief events is NOT an improvement. In the previous verstond you could easily plan a event by selecting the time in the bottom of the screen. Now you have to scroll trough a list. Can you please make an option so we get the old way back..??

Prima app!
Fijne app! Alleen als ik via mijn outlook account een activiteit in mijn agenda geef en deze een kleurtje wil geven, veranderd de app automatisch het kleurtje. Dit vind ik wel vervelend omdat ik draag met de kleurtjes werk. Zou dit opgelost kunnen worden?

Perfecte app!
Ben zéér tevreden over deze app. Vind het prettig dat het weekoverzicht begint met de huidige weekdag en niet met standaard de zon- of maandag.
Ben met name tevreden over de overzichtelijke weekweergave (op een iPhone).

Desktop version
Zeer prettige app. Heb deze naast Fantastical draaien maar merk dat ik meer en meer naar Calender neig. Ik mis alleen echt een desktop versie en een integratie mogelijkheid naar ToDoist.
@support Readdle, can we expect a desktop version for Mac anytime soon? This is the only reason why I continue to use Fantastical as well for my business. Thank you!

Mooie en handige app. Behoorlijk minder is dat, opknappen aanschaf van de pro versie, je moet gaan betalen voor weeknummers. Waardeloos en schandalig.

Tried a lot of calendar apps for out and this is hands down the best one! I would recommend buying the premium version if you are looking for just a little bit more.

Overzicht in week of maand
Ik heb lang naar een digitale old skool agenda moeten zoeken tot ik deze tegenkwam. Ik ben gek op deze agenda. Toen ik een nieuw device had en daarop wilde installeren maar moest ik betalen. Dat zou raar zijn, via helpdesk bleek dat je niet nog een keer moest betalen.
Ik kwam er achter dat ik het met een andere account aangeschaft had. Toen ik daarmee op de smart phone ingelogd had kon ik godzijdank Calendars 5 weer installeren. In het verleden verdwenen soms afspraken na een software up-date maar daar heb ik nog niets van gemerkt. Het gebruiksgemak, de alle afspraken in één overzicht, het gemak hoe je afspraken invoert maar most of all dat het altijd werkt heb ik beoordeeld met 5 sterren. Top app!

Waardeloze update! Al mijn afspraken weg.
After your reply: Logged out and in again. Thank heavens my appointments are back again! However, every appointment is now mentioned twice. And deleting one of them deletes them both. This problem was solved by changing settings to not sync my google calendar.

Echt super vervelend. Na de update is mijn agenda helemaal leeg. Relogin niet mogelijk omdat je bij die optie te lezen krijgt dat de agenda wordt leeggemaakt. Wat nu?

Werkt niet lekker meer
Jaren gebruikt. Was altijd een fijne app. Helaas na de update zijn allerlei handige dingetjes opeens veranderd en verdwenen. Dit maakt het allemaal minder makkelijk en heb nu ook problemen met Google agenda: sommige afspraken staan opeens dubbel in calendar5.
