The Art of Zen helps to stabilize a fully aware yet meditative state. Various sounds signal when you are entering certain levels of meditation.
Choose from a variety of color themes: Earth, Fire, Ice, Wild, Pure.
To add to the visual experience, the Art of Zen allows you to visualize eye blinks and sounds.

First well designed app for meditation

It has a minimal use of sound which is perfect for keeping your focus on your meditation. And the light playing and creating beautiful pictures is a good positive approach to do better. The images keep moving and are a great exercise to keep in meditation despite the beautiful scenery. The world can be beautiful but you can stay in your mental state.
The combination of a mindwave and this app is a great tool to get more focus and tranquility at the same time. Thanks for building it. Saves me a lot of time...

Ripoff

Niet duidelijk vooraf dat de headset voor deze app een speciale is die aangeschaft moet worden. Zonde van mijn geld. Visualisatie leek cool, maar was teleurstellend!
