Crashes at login stage
After updating I am now unable to login , app just crashes. Clearly not tested properly . Disappointing because it used to be good , easy UX.

App crashes every time I login
Have tried to login to app several times and every time it crashes back to iPhone Home Screen. I have rebooted phone and uninstalled and reinstalled app but still same issue every time. Fortunately I have managed to download tickets to app via booking ref and surname but surely I should also be able to login. Needs work!

I’ve been trying to change my booking for almost two hours. It does not work. It just says ‘Unprocessable entity’. I’ve tried on multiple devices and I’ve tried trough the app. Nothing works. Very disappointing. Would NOT recommend!

Deze frikandel en professionele azijnzeiker hierboven die een slechte review heeft geplaatst, weet niet hoe een app werkt. Tickets gaan gewoon netjes via de app of Apple Wallet. Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.

Een ontzettend waardeloze app. Boeking invullen en je naam voor digitale tickets? Vergeet het maar. De app kan je boeking niet vinden.
Vergelijkbaar met de site. Vier x geprobeerd met cc te betalen, lukt gewoon niet.
Eurostar organisatie, als digitalisering te moeilijk is, doe het dan gewoon niet. Dat scheelt ergernis bij jullie en bij reizigers.

T geld is wel meteen van je rekening af maar je krijgt niet ditect een bevestiging per mail:/..meestal duurt dat uren! Waarom?!

Clearly development on this has been done without documentation or testing. I go to create account and I am greeted with several white boxes with no labels on what needs entering into them. How did that pass any kind of quality control?!?

Tickets zijn niet digitaal op te slaan
Het feit dat tickets niet digitaal zijn op te slaan in de app, is niet meer van deze tijd.
Daarnaast biedt de app geen platform/perron informatie. Ook kun je niet een stap terug in het boekingsproces. De pijl terug brengt je steevast naar het beginscherm.
De app biedt al met al veel te weinig functionaliteit.

Vreemd dat op de site beloofd wordt om tickets in app op te slaan met barcode. Helaas is dat dus niet mogelijk. Je zou verwachten dat opslaan in bv wallet al gerealiseerd zou zijn....jammer.

Apple Wallet tickets nergens te vinden
Ik heb mijn boeking ingevoerd, en de tickets staan zogenaamd in de app. Maar geen barcode of mogelijkheid om de tickets in Apple Wallet op te slaan, wat de enige reden was dat ik deze app überhaupt installeerde.
Verder worden alle website standaard in Safari geopend in plaats van een embedded Safari View Controller. Tekortkoming. Al met al een schamele app-ervaring met 0 toegevoegde waarde voor mij.

Ticket niet in de app
Waarom een app als je niet een je ticket/barcode automatisch in de app krijgt? Deze app zou een paperless systeem moeten vormen. Maar ook hier blijkt hoe ver de spoorwegen (nationaal en internationaal) achterlopen! Verouderde systemen waar je niks mee kan. Stuur die oude managers weg en zet een paar frisse jonge mensen met goede ideeën aan het roer!

Fairly pointless app
No eticket function on the app (or it is too well hidden).
Tried to use the help/comment function but that’s not working either. It requests you choose a category but won’t give you options and anything you type is rejected.
I really hope this is not a measure for their train service.

Booked my tickets within no time while I was in the London Underground. Very easy and simple to get your tickets through the Apple Wallet.
