Canceled orders are refunded are refunded to your online wallet and not your credit/debit card

Why is it when YOU cancel an order which I payed online for, you refund into the app and not my bank account??? What if I want to order from some place else?
This is a rip off!

No customer support

It works but when you get the wrong delivery or no delivery at all I wish you good luck getting your money back. It system is still in beta mode and they do not do refunds. They tell you they do but it never comes. If you are a traveler in Kuwait do not use this app.

Very bad app

Horrible app, every time I order either it says that the restaurant doesn't deliver to this area (a restaurant that i ordered from a gazzilion times) or the restaurant is busy at the moment at which point I call the restaurant and I can make an order with no problem!
Not once was I able to use it. Otlob used to be much better.

Verification code comes hours late

I was trying to order food through the app in Egypt. It took hours for the verification code to be received to my phone number to verify it. I tried multiple phone numbers from different phone operators to no avail. By the time the verification codes were received, I had already ordered food outside the app and finished eating that food😑.

Talabat back system has issues and not enough drivers

I placed my lunch order at 11:50. When I checked at 12:15, the app showed that there was an issue and that Talabat was following this up. At 12:25 this had not changed so I called the restaurant. They informed me nothing had arrived on their end and they would check with Talabat. At 12:35 I called Talabat myself. They informed me that now that order would be processed but that I would have to wait another 75minutes!!! Before I would get my food. All because their drivers were busy.

Very bad service in Oman

The quality of service is horrible, every time the driver call and ask for the address although my address is registered in their database, also delayed delivery ( some times it take more than two hours to deliver the order).

Bad customer service

I have complained multiple times about an order and they never follow up or compensate. The customer service is extremely bad. Multiple times was promised to contact me, but they never did. I would recommend you not to use this app and choose an other one.
