Can’t login

Can’t login the app while it all works fine on the computer. Tried many different ways uninstalled it twice and still can’t login.
Only thing I managed is to see my Booking but I also want to go in my profile for the full benefits

Professionele oplichters

We kregen geen volledige informatie over de auto. De meest slechte ervaring ooit gehad met het huren van een auto bij Taksim/Beyoglu kantoor Europcar. Echte charlatans/OPLICHTERS

What a mess

Can’t find my booking. Links to telephone numbers and stuff are dead links. When inside the app in English I all of a sudden get a menu in French. What a bloody mess. Hope they’ll fix this app. Still trying to figure out how to change my booking :-/

Login fail, support sucks

Tried to login with my ID and password. Technical error! Tried with email Address: error!
Contacted tech support: they need name, id, email-address, birth date, etc. Then the answer is: sorry, can’t help. Useless customer support. Why do they even pay for these people. Customer experience: minus 5. We should ban europcar all the way. Then see what happens when they go bankrupt.

Europcar please make the app working!!!

Already long time ago I’ve pointed it out and I’m not the only customer with the same problem....,
It’s not possible to login to the app with my login details.
If I visit the Europcar website and try to login, it’s working fine, so there is nothing wrong with my login details....
So please Europcar.... take some action and repair this issue.

Don’t use this app!

App is full of technical errors. So I magically booked three cars for the same day and same driver, but no confirmations in app, only technical errors. Chatted and called customer service - absolutely rude people, no empathy and nothing they could do about it. Just pay the car or cancellation fee. Thanks Europcar for the worst customer service ever! And please please get this app out of the store!

Account aanmaken lukt nooit

Echt een slechte ervaring! Na 3 pagina’s persoonlijke gegevens invullen (en dat zijn echt heel wat velden) krijg ik op de laatste pagina (pagina 3) een fout melding aan het einde: Fout Technisch probleem. Geen melding wat er dan fout is, helemaal niets. Als je dan ten einde raad maar op annuleren drukt krijg je de melding: weet u het zeker want uw gegevens gaan verloren. Ha ha, dat is de enige mogelijkheid. Wat slecht zeg!

Mismatch website and app

How is it possible that the selection of cars in the app is different than on the website. Next to this there’s a difference in price. The prices in the app seem to be twice as much as the ones on the website. I would really like to use the app because it should be easier than the website but as it stands the app serves no purpose.

Goedkoper boeken dan via website, maar niet heus

Ik kan geen auto in Amerika boeken. Na stap 2 hangt de app vast (technische fout). Ook op andere iPhone. Was het wel gelukt, had me dit ruim € 100,- gescheeld in vergelijking met hun website. Een auto in Nederland boeken werkt wel via de app, maar daarvoor had ik de app niet gedownload.

Hiring a van with the app.

First time i wanted to rent somehow at the end I couldn't finish payment nor have the booking done. Next day I got an email from europcar that I didn't complete the booking and that they saved my selection with a link. Very thoughtful. So with that link I could complete my reservation. The only minor point is that there's 700 km included but they don't mention at all what I have to pay for every extra kilometre I'll drive. I'm very curious if the car and the service at pick-up place will be also that good.
