Wanneer u zich opmaakt uw hotel te boeken, geeft de app u direct toegang tot gastbeoordelingen van reizigers zoals u, om u te helpen met het vinden van het IHG® hotel dat perfect is voor uw vakantie of bezoek. Did you remove the option to show the hotel address in the local language. I am missing this option in the app as this is very important for me

Same bugs after 3 updates!!!
I reported a bug that refuses to see your booking details a while ago but after 3 updates it’s still there! It keeps collapsing time after time ! So annoying..!!
Are there other iPhone Xs users who are dealing with the same isseus?

Guys its is an iPad so use the posibilities
Please add landscape view to the app. It is to old fashioned to only offer potrait mode. It irritates me a lot that a company the size of IHG is still so old fashioned in telling their customers what they need in stead of adapting and embracing possibilities! Get on it people!!

App rerouted me to the AppStore because an update has to be installed but no installation available and can’t open the app... please update the app!

No rewards for this app
Not only can the app time and time again not find my reservation, the "support" staff is utterly disingenuous and uninterested.
Pointing a paying visitor to the 'terms and conditions' instead of solving the problem at hand... and phrasing this as "we value your patronage"... not a winning approach to a loyalty program.

Needs an update!!!
Good app if it would work properly, the function 'Find Hotel' isn't finding any hotels nearby and gives an error. Please fine tune it ;)
