A new challenge each month keeps your workout plan varied & fun to stick to! We currently have more than 6+ challenges to complete including a 4-week Strength Programme, 8-week Sweat Challenge, and even a dedicated Core Strength Programme.

That's why you can do all workouts from home, the gym, on holiday or outside in the fresh air! Bodyweight or Dumbbell - we have you covered!
CALORIE CALCULATOR
We have a built in calorie calculator to help you understand your calorie requirements. We use a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculation to identify the calories required to achieve your goals.
