Welcome to Silvy Araujo's BeUNLIMITED: A monthly subscription to train when you want and where you want. With our new app you will have access to all our programs. Each program has a different approach to help you reach your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.

Each program consists of follow-along videos (duration of around 60 minutes) where Silvy will accompany you from start to finish.

- Suitable for any level of experience.

- Options to train at home or in the gym.

- Access to all our training programs: BeLEAN, BeSTRONG, BeYOU, BeFIERCE.

- Different ways to train: Follow-along video or list of exercise clips.

- Four nutritional guides with general recommendations for different objectives: Maintenance, increase in muscle mass, fat loss and fitness for vegetarians.

- A section dedicated to CardioHIIT workouts.

- A section dedicated to Yoga & Stretching.

Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Cuando entre a la cuenta después de haber pagado la membresia toda la información que había ingresado se había guardado junto con mi el pago que babi hecho de alguna manera no reconoce mi correo, además te enviar constantemente notificaciones de lives que al momento de revisarlos para desactivar la llegada de tantos no me direcciona a la caja de mensajes. Bastante molesto.
