Fitness Stats is a simple app that displays your lifetime totals of various types of activity and workout data stored in the Health app on your iPhone.

Following totals are currently supported:

• Total active calories

• Total exercise time

• Total steps count

• Total walking and running distance

• Total walking distance from workouts

• Total running distance from workouts

• Total hiking distance from workouts

• Total cycling distance

• Total indoor cycling time

• Total swimming distance

• Total skiing/snowboarding distance

• Total rowing time

• Total yoga time

• Total flights climbed

• Total elliptical time

• Total workout time

• Total workouts

Each total is calculated by adding every individual data sample (of a given type) that is ever recorded and stored in the Health app on your iPhone.

You can also set the distance unit to Kilometers or Miles.

Fun app to use!

I like the idea of this app, but it would be a 5 star app if you could compare the amount of steps you took. E.g: “X amount steps, that’s X times around the globe/your city/your country”

It’s fun to have something to compare these numbers to since they are so incredibly high. It’s like Jeff Bezos owning 140 billion USD. It is too much to know how much it actually is.
