Bugs and stupid algorithm in potentially perfect game

Game is very interesting and cute, I would like to play it more but I think I’ll cancel my subscription. At first, already happened several bugs that took away money and diamonds in the game. I contacted customer support but bugs are still there. Also algorithm built in the way, to get money from new players. At first your looks get high ratings and you start buying more being so motivated but at some point all your looks barely reach 3 stars, so you will need to buy more and more resources to keep up. Also, don’t believe in promise to skip requirements if you buy styler pass - you’ll be able to skip only ONE requirement in one event for 7 days!!! It could be a great game but unfortunately, I need to find less scamming one.

Money grab

They keep adding unnecessary money grabbing events and the rewards are atrocious. Day after day new glitches happen and god forbid costumer services helps you, it’s never their fault. Customers are just a number…

And then they ask you to change the 1 star to a higher one 😂😂😂

Really sucks sometimes

I got a really nice, very expensive dress out of a 5 star score. I used it, game got stuck, reloaded game, dress was gone. The game gets stuck on a regular basis. I thing I’m going to quit this game.

Leuk spel! Alleen jammer dat hij heel vaak vast loopt (server not responding) en de beoordelingen soms wat lang duren. Verder wel top!

De blauwe diamantjes heb je een chronisch tekort aan waardoor je het spel eigenlijk niet gratis kunt spelen. Sowieso kloppen de verhoudingen niet qua cash en diamantjes. Het spel is dus niet leuk meer na twee of drie dagen spelen.

App werkt niet goed. Ik heb betaalde versie, maar toch… vaak kan ik bonus niet gebruiken, of gaat het mis met submit. Dan doe ik mijn telefoon resetten, maar als ik terug in de app kom, dan is deel van de munten verloren en kan ik kleding niet opnieuw kopen, want er is niet genoeg munten. Could be a perfect game but…

Love playing this, but there is so much to improve. Server issues, bought items disappearing, and way to high ‘prices’ to buy items. Donating wardrobe in team plays don’t work. Jewellery counted as a ‘fabric’ (no material mentioned) when you have to make a look in same fabric. No clear explanations on tasks, to much ads, AND last but very important: there should be a ‘contact’ section IN the game, not to an external page, so ppl can reach you when having those issues. Hope this will help improve the game, cause it COULD be the perfect game!

Stuck! Not getting rewards

The app keeps on getting stuck since today! I cannot get my rewards, have played multiple advertisements to get diamonds and yet it doesn’t pay out….! Even deinstalled and reinstalled the game…on both my phone and tablet…it does not work! What is wrong Pocket Styler?

Oh..PS…the external designers have added pretty clothing etc, but the prices are nuts! It exceeds the prices of the game itself….which makes it hard to buy anything!

Dissapearing diamonds

Just updated the game and now it crashes after I vote on looks to have a ticket to submit look. Also crashes if you try to double your tickets after voting. Hope it gets fixed quickly because I am not paying diamonds to submit looks.

I bought a look of the day, and didnt get the items. Now my diamonds are gone and dont have the look. I waited a day or 2 to see if the items or diamond got back on my account. Still nothing. I emailed them with the problem and havent gotten any answer.

Love this game, but I’m stuck

I really like this game!

I am however at a point where cash is useless, the digits are above 200K. I’ve already bought all clothes that you can purchase with cash. It’s very hard to gain gems when you’re unable to submit looks without the unworn bonus. So I’m feeling a bit stuck. Please either make gems more accessible or upload more clothing items that can be bought with cash!

I’d also love to be able to add items to your favorites, you already can, but you’re not able to filter on them when styling a look. This would make it a lot faster to style looks. As you don’t have to scroll through all those 1400 items when you only really like 100 or so.

Also, the amount of adds have crazily increased in the last update. Before, you were able to choose for adds in exchange for rewards. Now you get an add after every submitted look. Please change this back or I’m convinced lots of fans will stop playing..
