Unable to finalize reservations
App throws you out of booking system every few minutes so you are not able to handle your entire booking and you need to start all over again. Switched to normal website. Very annoying!

Vietnam Airlines App worst of All
The old App didn’t work smoothly and now the new version even worse! Cannot even put in departure and destination cities! This App is worthless and no use at all and very bad for business and reputation of Vietnam Airlines.
Also now fill in and cannot go to payment module!!! Says “invalid FFP tag number”???

App is good but need a lot of improvement
The app sometimes closes itself, not responsive and somehow does not giver user a smooth experience. However i appreciate the effort that they put in this app. Need more development in the future!
