Apple Watch doesn’t work anymore!!!
Dear developer, I opted for a lifelong use of Fungolf. I enjoy using my Apple Watch. When Fungolf stopped on 31-01-2021, I transferred my data to TAG Heuer with 2 years of free Apple Watch use. Since yesterday, 01-05-2021 I can't see any distances anymore. The promise of 2 years of free use has been discontinued. Now the request to fulfill the promise. Awaiting your answer.

Prima app
Vandaag gebruikt in proefperiode. Prima app. Houd er rekening mee dat je vaker je horloge moet bedienen. Wat schuiven op je watch en zo. Ik gebruik nu standaard Garmin. Deze laat op display alleen afstand tot green zien. Voor sommigen mensen is dat meer dan voldoende.
Ander puntje: check of je de display zonder leesbril kunt lezen. Voor mij helaas net iets te klein waardoor afstanden moeilijker te lezen zijn zonder leesbril.
Vormgeving in app is prachtig, integratie met iPhone ook ok.
Op mijn iWatch blijft groene lampje op achterzijde watch continu branden. iWatch is na 18 holes zo goed als leeg. Voor competitie meer dan 18 holes onder deze omstandigheden dus iets anders verzinnen.
Conclusie: prachtige goed functionerende app.
Check of je display kunt lezen zonder leesbril.
Door vele functies ben je soms wel erg met je watch bezig.
Batterij is snel leeg, onder deze omstandigheden niet geschikt voor meerdere rondes op een dag.

WHY??
Several years of being happy and satisfied using Fungolf GPS as an extra tool at the golf course.
Now, since being TAG HEUER i have to pay as twice as much for the same or lesser app. WHY??
After the initial price for buying the app you have/can upgrade? To what?
WHY is there not the possibility that existing users of Fungolf GPS can extend/upgrade every year as before? WHY?? Really sad, as for me i do not accept the ridicilous initial buying option from TAG HEUER as an happy existing user of Fungolf GPS.

Great app and support!
Have played with other golf apps (Hole19/My Round Pro/18birdies) but this is for me by far the best looking and intuitive working app. It is great on both the Watch and the iPhone, but the Watch is by far the best on the course! Shot tracking is very easy and also love that I can enter the scores for me and up to three other players, easily done from the wrist while walking (and carrying golfbag) between the holes!
The support is also superb! On my home course there were three holes with some (visual) errors in it, so I send it to the in-app support and almost within a day I got a reply back that they updated the whole course! So all the 18 holes looked better then before!
I even send in a suggestion and they are looking into it for maybe a future update.

Geweldige golf app. Alleen heb ik een foutje ontdekt. Hole 9 op de Osnabrücker golfclub is geen par 4 zoals de app aangeeft maar een par 5!

Support tab isn’t working
As already mentioned in other comments the support tab isn’t working because you can’t put Youri name in the field ”First name”.
So it is not possible to ask for changing a course.
Please repair this issue very soon, because it is annoying to play on a course with the wrong info.

Features Apple Watch after remedial
Could you please confirm that all the features on my Apple Watch will still be available after renewal of my Tag Heuer Upgrade (1 year) next August? It is indeed not possible to summit a question via the app since no entry can be entered in the ‘enter your name’ box!

Watch functionality suddenly moved to Premium
My subscription for Tag Heuer golf for the Apple iPhone/watch has been automatically renewed on June 22 2020 with the upgrade cost of €20.99. Past weekend I started a new golf round and to my surprise my watch mentioned that I couldn't use the distances anymore because of a missing Premium subscription. I started using Fungolf and payed a yearly subscription and the reason I chose this app is because of the Apple watch functionality. Now it seems that the watch functionality has been moved to a premium subscription which cost twice as much. If this is the case I would like to get my money back because a main functionality has been removed from my subscription fee. So could you please let me know if this is a mistake or if this is really the way you choose to go forward?

Fungolf To Tag Heuer
I payed full price to use FunGolf now I have to pay a yearly fee......this is wrong no matter what the fee is.
This is unacceptable to me. Or better, I feel robed.
I just figured out use on an Apple watch jas an extra monthly fee. You got to be kidding me

Or bring back the Fungolf team. This is such a disappointment, almost everything that made Fungolf such fun is gone. Apple Watch support sucks, no 2D, no website. Takes ages to load, jumps from hole to hole, what an utter disgrace!
Golfshot works, and is way ahead of you!
Don't tell me to get in contact, but hire some real developers to make this Tag Horror app at least bearable.

What’s the road map
Tested it compare with fungolf. Works ok. Missed some functionality in Tag app compare fungolf. Can Tag Heuger tel me what’s on the road map? Before i will suggest the app to others. Was a big fan of Fungolf!

I paid 40 Euro to use it with my Apple watch . it does not appear on my Apple Watch. I've already tried everything to get it. Clear my watch, settings of the watch etc. But nothing helps. Try to contact Tag Heuer for 3 times but no response. Don’t buy this app. If you have a Apple Watch. Tag Heuer. Make it work.

This is a poor version of Fungolf GPS
Tag Heuer is a disappointing lite version of Fungolf.
Guys, 3D may look fancy but it is really the 2D map in Fungolf that is useful.
And where is my scorecard full overview?
Amazing how you can make a good product poor. Maybe next time talk to actual users of Fungolf before you change it into your own Tag Heuer software.

I don’t see any new functionality, just an updated design. And a double price tag!
Such a disappointment. Fortunately, I just recently renewed my subscription. So still 11 months left to find an new, affordable app.

Weg recensie; dan nog maar een keer...
Helaas moeten constateren dat de nieuwe eigenaar veel bestaande functionaliteiten achterwege heeft gelaten. Voorbeelden te over, maar voor mij zijn de belangrijkste eigenschappen: geen werkende workout, geen login website, scores niet kunnen delen, verkeerde stableford punten bij de eerste baan die je loopt (fungolf was goed!) etc. maatgevend.
Inmiddels een bericht gekregen van de ontwikkelaar dat ik contact met ze op moet nemen.... gedaan maar tot op heden reactie!
Alles in de roadmap, maar daar hebben we als enthousiaste golfspelers niks aan! Geef info en een planning wanneer en wat jullie nog willen implementeren. Nu krijg je voor premium prijs een teleurstellend product...

FunGolf was great. Now TagHeuer takes over and you get less functionality (2D) and have to pay double the yearly fee. All just for advertising their own golf watch. Way to go to kill one of the best golf scoring apps TagHeuer. What where you guys thinking.

Valt zwaar tegen, moet eerst betalen terwijl ik dat 17 januari al aan FunGolf gedaan heb.
Vervolgens werkt hij alleen via de horloge gps van Apple waardoor (vanwege de batterij) je maar 1 ronde kan spelen en hij dus ongeschikt is voor de competitie.
Ga toch maat een kijker kopen denk ik want een goed alternatief is er niet helaas.
FunGolf wel jaren met veel plezier gebruikt overigens.

Na overname van FunGolf door TagHeuer vallen een aantal zaken flink tegen: geen 2D meer, geen NL taal, geen workout, geen gekoppelde website, en de prijs is verdubbeld.
Kan ik mijn zojuist gekochte applicatie voor FunGolf over laten zetten naar TagHeuer?
Ik vind het absoluut geen vooruitgang!
