Wartezeit VideoIdent

Sicherlich eine tolle App (geringe Kosten etc.), jedoch bin ich leider auch nach mehrmaligen Warten für eine Stunde in der Warteschlange für das Video Ident Verfahren nicht zu einem Mitarbeiter durchgekommen. Schade, da das Voraussetzung ist um einen Account zu eröffnen!

Schlechter Customer Service

Die App an sich ist super bis man den Customer Service braucht. Ich warte nun schon seit 1,5 Wochen auf eine Antwort und werde nur immer wieder von dem Bot vertröstet. Nun komme ich nicht mehr an mein Geld, da ich keinen Zugriff mehr sit meine alte Handynummer habe. Eine Hotline würde den Fall in ein paar Minuten lösen. Erst, wenn man Probleme hat, zeigt sich ob ein Unternehmen es wert ist oder nicht.
