Lot of improvement needed

I don’t know what the company and developers are trying with the app changes.

In the latest version, the payment is successful but the app is now stuck on the ingenico(payments) page for ever. I have to uninstall the app and install again

Wat een slechte app!!!

Bestellen via de app is praktisch onmogelijke door traagheid, via iDeal betalen met bank app werkt niet, app crashed zomaar.....zijn de pizza bakkers ook de ontwikkelaars van de app soms?

Weet niet welke pannenkoek deze app heeft gebouwd. Maar jullie zijn opgelicht!!

Dit is gewoon de website maar dan met wat dingen eraf gesloopt zodat het een app lijkt. Intens gebruiksonvriendelijk en werkt niet zoals je wil.

Betaling niet op zijn gemak

De app opent niet de ABN Amro bankieren app. In plaats daarvan opent hij de browser. Het lukt wel maat heel ongemak je moet je pasje en identifier erbij halen.

Ben je op de betalingspagina, en je gaat terug dan ben je je bestelling kwijt.

This app is so awful to use. Convoluted to order, slow, and often unstable at the time of payment, please please make this better.

Oprecht slechtste app ooit

Ik kan niet normaal een account aanmaken via de app. Ik kan niet normaal mn winkelmand zien en ik kan niet eens normaal betalen in de app. Nergens terugpijltjes en totaal niet gebruiksvriendelijk. Lekker via thuisbezorgd joejoe.

Slechte app

Telkens opnieuw inloggen, telkens opnieuw postcode invoeren.

Betalen via je bank app gaat ook niet, ook al wordt er wel aangegeven dat dit kan.

This app has to be removed or fixt! It doesn’t keep your session active, deals don’t work, I can’t even pay with iDeal and bank app. The only reason I gave this app several tries is because I really like papa johns. Please take this offline and fix it.

Nearly pointless. Use the site. Or order elsewhere.

Let's ignore for a moment that Papa John's requires an account to order online (should be possible as a "guest" also). The app simply does not keep the session active! Changing menus kicks you out of your session, making it irritating at best and impossible at worst to place an order. The site is the most reliable way to order online. New York Pizza and Domino's both have far better apps. I like the simplicity of the NYP app but appreciate the status info in the Domino's one.

I could tolerate some UX hiccups, but persistent authentication is a basic, ESPECIALLY if there is no alternative for ordering without an account. The developer is ripping off Papa John's if this is what they're paying for. Otherwise someone at HQ is focusing on the wrong parts of the customer experience. To the top of the backlog now!!!

Lekker pizza’s, slechte app

Deals werken vaak niet ter behoren

Inloggen heeft geen zin omdat je elke sessie opnieuw moet inloggen.

Tevens gooit de app je vaak weer terug naar het beginscherm waardoor je telkens weer je postcode moet invoeren.

IDeal werkt ook niet met de bank-app op de telefoon, ook al is de link er wel.

Worst app I ever used, just order online

The app does not allow you to login with Facebook you just get referred to a blank page. When you want to order a next item you can’t directly go back to your shopping bag, you first have to order something else. When you want to order something else it sometimes does not show the prices. Tried to order via this app 3 times but every time I placed my definite order through the website
