This app is amazing! There is now a new beta version and it works great! I’ve tried the Hue sync of €200, but you can’t notice the diference. Best money spend last time!

I’ve bought this app about 7 months ago. Somewhere around. iOS 13.5 it stopped working. Updated to 14 and still doesn’t work, such a shame. Used to be a big fan tho..

Great app but a few things missing
It’s a great app which is actually working. Been looking for a while to sync my phone’s music to my Philips Hue. It works good but sometimes it’s a bit off beat, but hopefully that will be fixed in future updates.
The other thing I am missing is to let the app run on the background within my microphone enabled the whole time. Maybe there’s a way to add this to future updates?
Besides that it’s a great app. Maybe add some more light effects if possible. :)

Hele mooie lichtshow
Zorgt voor gekleurde lichtshow op de beat van de muziek. (als je gekleurde lampen hebt). werkt ook met witte lampen).
Voor het beste resultaat kan je vertragingstijd instellen. Dat is de input vertraging van je eventuele speakers. Hiervoor kan je het best muziek gebruiken met een goede beat.
De app heeft aan het begin toegang tot de microfoon nodig, maar als je de app in gebruik hebt werkt het ook prima zonder microfoon.
Het geeft een mooie toevoeging aan je muziek.

Fijne app, doet het al jaren goed zeker de investering waard. Zou fijn zijn om bij tvOS 13 ook gebruik te kunnen maken van dit product op de Apple tv. Met de nieuwe ondersteuning in Apple music is de thuis karaoke dan compleet.

So you download the app, and of course as 99.9% of the app there is a fee to pay to have the premium version, which i can understand in a way, but really guys? With the free version you allow us to only use 1 lamp! One damn lamp! I think it's rude and really wrong to say you have a free version of the app... you might as well just ask for a fee to get the app... This makes you look very cheap... defo a turn off.

Good app but some improvements would be greet.
He Nicolas, your app have a greet potential, but a few thing could be bether, first when i open spotify can not connect to your app. Then later its working but the song started and the lichts stardet later so maybe you can fix this and when you close the app the lichts stop working whit the music. And can you make somting that you can make a playlist in the app ore somting that you can control spotify then i dont have to close the app fore everry song. Fore the rest i love this app keep working. By bye And can hou make simthing that i can sync itt to my tv

The app works fine with spotify. In my opinion it should have some extra options to really customize your Lightshow, as it is pretty limited now. And I would like to see a integration with Sonos.

Awesome Hue lightshow app
This app is amazing and much better than other Hue lightshow apps I’ve tried. The audio analysis of the music you play make it really great. The app is small, installation with Spotify and my collection of Hue lights is absolutely and unbelievably easy. Get is this app and try it yourself to get convinced. And immediately pay Nicolas the few euros for his awesome work to keep him going ;-)
Oh yeah.., his quick and chrystal clear response to questions make it even better!

After getting the settings right on was only permitted to use one light. Maybe it's just me, but to review or test this party app I would like to see all my lights working... Just 1 bulb makes it feel a bit lame...

The app can’t find my bridge
I moved house recently the original Philips hue app can find my bridge but lightshow can’t what to do?

Almost perfect
Aside from some design flaws, like the sliders not specifying what values they represent is the fact that the app needs to be open in order for it to work.
You can actually go outside of the app and it will work fine for about 5 minutes and then it stops. This is probably due to iOS being efficient with its power usage.
So what I hope for will happen is an app for MacOS that can be always on and is not depended on the microphone.
I have Sonos and this app makes use of that perfectly making sure to have the track analyzed so it doesn’t need to use the microphone.
