Why the only landscape mode rotation.. Why not just normal portrait mode? I love to write in portrait mode! And when you have both options people can choose what the want. Only thing I really dislike!

Echt een heel leuke app!
De postzegels zijn echt heel leuk.
Het zou mij leuk lijken om misschien enveloppen/briefpapier aan te kunnen passen/verzamelen net als de postzegels, maar misschien zijn dat voor anderen iets te veel opties.😅
Het zou ook echt ideaal zijn om een desktop versie te hebben!

Net als vroeger
Deze app geeft het gevoel van ‘vroeger’: de tijd dat je echte brieven verstuurde en penvrienden over de hele wereld had of probeerde te vinden. Het wachten tot de post aankwam; de verrassing als er een envelop in de brievenbus lag; de verwachtingsvolle spanning als je ‘m opende...
Slowly benadert dat gevoel goed. De verschillende postzegels zijn wat mij betreft een leuke toevoeging.

Amazing app!
This app came up in the recommended section and I was straight away interested. After installing it I fell in love straight away! Simple but pretty design, simple way of using the app and most of the people I have met are so interesting to talk too. If you’re into having penpals, this is the app for it. Would recommend!

Great app!
I love the app, but when someone sends me a letter with a photo, I can’t open it. When I try to open those letters, I’m thrown out of the app! It would be great if this is fixed!

Great!
I love it so far. Because there are no photos - just a name - you’re not dealing with catfishes, judgements or prejudices. And because it takes time to receive messages, there’s no pressure of always being available to talk. It’s a nice way to learn about different people all around the world.
EDIT: The “letters arriving” message doesn’t work properly. It’s saying I’m receiving one letter when I’m receiving two, and sometimes it says zero when receiving one. Maybe it’s not refreshing at the right events.

Very nice concept
Finally the ability to talk to a random stranger in this world... kind of what IRC used to be back in the day; but now mixed with the feeling of sending a letter and collecting stamps and waiting times to get an answer... I like it!
But quite often I get an error when trying to send a message 🙁

Love this app! Never had a pen pal before!
Honestly this is one of a few apps that you will actually love and use frequently. I don’t download a lot of apps but this one is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice! And having a pen pal from somewhere around the world is wonderful. I never thought I would love this app so much, definitely try it out for yourself!!

Ofcourse Its a beta,
But at least de developer can fix Some bugs so the community can Just be happy with this app without a Struggle... they are fixes Like: sending a mail and then the app is completely frozen.. and I have now the whole time system error... it’s just not very complete at all... but the idea is great!

Sending freeze
Guys you have a really cool app, but please fix the problem with freezing of program when you send a letter! It’s becomes crazy when you write a big letter, press button “send” and it’s starting to send and freezing. In the end you have crushed app, your big letter is not send, even not saved in draft and you write it again :(

Nice Idea
Unfortunately I am greeted with a ‘System Error’ upon trying to make an account, so my experience of the app is somewhat limited. However I can comment that I was disappointed to immediately be required to pigeonhole myself into ‘gender’ categories, as well as giving my age. Why are these important pieces of information?

Great app but;
This app is just what I was looking for. In the current day and age of instant messaging, and reading confirmations, it’s nice to see an app that tries to do things differently. I’m very happy with the app so far, but there is one feature that I’d really like to see: support of landscape mode! I can’t be the only one that feels much more comfortable typing a long letter in landscape mode with a big keyboard on my phone, or with an actual keyboard on my iPad. Just a thought!

Love it, but..
I really like this app! The idea is very creative and is something I think is very needed in this day and age. The app itself looks very simple and nice which is just the way I like it. Easy to get used to and get into. The stamps idea is very cute and clever and makes you want to meet more and more people to collect more of them! My only issue is that seeing which letters arrive when, from who, is quite hard to find. I think that should have, perhaps, a different tab as well. In any case, something thats more efficient and easy to see. I can’t really tell if I’m getting any letters or from who I’m getting them. Since the actual system we have now sometimes messes up and says I have 0 letters arriving when in fact I have 3. Or it says I have 3 letters arriving when in fact I have 4. Other than this issue, great app!

What’s the criteria for selecting the list of languages?
For the life of me, I cannot understand why Urdu or Punjabi (with the nastaleeq or Arabic typefont) is not part of the list of languages on this app. How is the list curated? Surely not by the number of speakers of the language in the world or online?

This is such an awesome app. It has its flaws like it keeps on saying error sometimes but other then that it’s so fun! You get to talk with people around the whole wide world and waiting for your mail to arrive is so fun. It’s like old times! I strongly recommend it. They should fix the error thing though. If that’s fixed it’s a 5/5 stars from me!
