Love this app
I’ve used this app for nine months now, and it’s an excellent and essential tracker! Love the overview and summaries of sleep, feeding etc. It’s also useful that the app predicts optimal naptime, it’s a good guideline. With nap transitions, you can simply choose the number of the naps in the settings of sweetspot. I absolutely recommand this to anyone!:)

Love this app
Wish i found out about this app sooner! The sweet spot alert made all the difference and within a week we see results. I wouldn’t bother paying for the extras as you can find plenty of books like Kim west strategy etc
