Why not in German language outside Germany?

Why is it not possible to change the language of the app to German instead of English? I live in the Netherlands and my iPhone language is Dutch, but I want the German version of the app and this is not possible. Please make an German and English version of the app otherwise this is useless for me and many more people who want to follow the Bundesliga in German, but don’t want to change their phone language.
